It has been one week since I've talked to Jongdae, and we're getting along great. I mean it doesn't really bother me that Jongdae doesn't talk...it's actually kinda soothing.

I was at the book store one day, looking around for some type of notebook I can get for Jongdae. I noticed how Jongdae couldn't stop talking about getting a new notebook, so I think it'll be a nice surprise for him.

While I was searching around the back, I noticed a certain hazel haired boy. I hid between the book shelfs and watched how Jongdae was silently observing a particular notebook.

It was black and white.

I watched him flip it to the back, and saw how his face turned into a sad frown. He slowly placed it back before walking out of the store.

I immediately checked the notebook out. It was beautiful. The peached cream line pages had elegance and it was certainly breathtaking.

I checked the price to see,

$36.56

No wonder Jongdae looked so upset... it was expensive. But of course I had no problem buying it. I purchased the book and a cute little panda pencil to go with it.

The next day I was anticipating to see jongdae. When the bell ringed, signalling the start of lunch, I ran.

I clutched the white bag in my hand tightly, afraid the present might escape. And when I spotted Jongdae at his usual spot,  I suddenly began to get excited.

Hey. I said as I took a seat next to Jongdae. He glanced up from his mini muffin and smiled at me; uh where's your...little book? I asked, a bit shocked that he didn't have it with him today.

Jongdae sighed before taking out his phone,

I ran out of pages ;-;

I giggled as he pouted, it's fine... I uhm got something for you... I think you might like it. I said before handing him the bag.

Jongdae warily excepted the bag. Before he could open it, I stood up startling him.

U-uh I have to meet my dad. I'll see you in science.

I quickly jogged off and hid around the corners of the cafeteria. I watched as Jongdae sat there confused, but decided to shrug it off as he opened the bag.

The face he made at that time was magnificent. He was in awe as he brought the book up to his face, and his face turned really pink when he flipped open the first page.

I was walking towards my locker to put my books back in, after all it was dismissal.

Just as I opened the locker door, a peace of peachy paper flew out of it. I bent down to pick it up, noticing where the paper came from.

My heart raced faster as I opened the note.
