Nico Di Angelo

"Hey Nico how are you?" you ask as you walk up to your year long boyfriend after you saw him walking into his cabin, he had been avoiding you all day. He shrugs.
"What's wrong" you say as you furrow your eyebrows together.
"Nothing" he mumbles
"Nico," you insist
"NOTHING!" he yells as he slaps you so hard he makes your head turn the other way.
"Y-y/n I'm so sorry." He stutters out. You hold your cheek in shock, get up, and running out to your cabin, tears flowing down your cheeks.
"Y/n!" you hear Nico calling after you. You keep running at full speed away from him.

Once you arrive at your cabin you rush in and slam the door.
'Why would he do this to me?' you think.

Nico opens the door and walks up to you slowly  knowing how violent you can get when you are angry
"Y/n I'm sorry, its been a really stressful day, with my dad pushing me to get a lot of work for him" he says crouching down next to you.
"its fine" you sniff out. He could tell you were still mad.
"How about we watch movies together for the rest of the day?" he asks hopefully
"you can go, I think I will just stay here" you say wiping the tears away.
He bit his lip, he knew he messed up big time "please?" He asked again
"No Nico, please just go...." You whisper, your back still turned away from him. He sighs and gets up "I'm sorry for what I did, I hope you can forgive me..." He whispers as he walks walks out of the dorm. You started quietly crying immediately, you knew he was sorry but you still couldn't believe he had hit you for a small thing.

You sniffed and got up going to the bathroom to wash your face and cover the bruise that was clearly forming. You winced as you touched the bruise, it was still throbbing and it stung. After a few painful minutes, you managed to cover the bruise and fixed your hair, face, make up, etc.

You walked out your cabin door and went to the mess hall for dinner, usually you would sit with Nico because Hazel was away but today you left him alone and sat with your sibling/s. You avoided eye contact with him all throughout dinner, you smiled with your sibling/s but you were still in pain, both physically and emotionally.

After dinner you tried to rush back to your cabin but someone caught your arm, you turned around and saw Nico who looked at you with concerned eyes "Are you okay?" He asks quietly. You just nod without saying anything and pull back your arm "Look I'm really sorry  for what I did, I had no reason to take my anger out on you and I really hope you will be able to forgive me..." He looks at the ground with  sad face. Your heart melted seeing him in this vulnerable state, you hug him tightly and kiss his cheek "Of course I will forgive you" you smile weakly "I love you" you blush after saying those words and you can see his face light up "i-i love you too" he hugs and kisses you with a  huge smile on his face.

"No matter what" he smiles.
