Plot 1: Fresh out of college, Joe the Emoji (Jerry Seinfeld) finds the prospect of working with texting uninspiring. He flies outside the phone for the first time and talks to a human (Renée Zellweger), breaking a cardinal rule of his species. Joe learns that humans have been stealing and using emojis is texting for centuries, and he realizes that his true calling is to obtain justice for his kind by suing humanity for theft.
Plot 2: In the walled city of Phone-Ville, an emoji named Tim hopes to win the heart of his dream emoji, Adrey. When he learns of her wish to see a real tree emoji, Ted seeks out the Once-moji, a ruined old emoji outside of the phone in a stark real world.
Plot 3: When a green emoji named Kek discovers his phone has been 'swamped' with all sorts of fairytale emojis by the scheming Lord Farmoji, Kek sets out with a very loud donkey emoji by his side to 'persuade' Farmoji to give Kek his phone back. Instead, a deal is made.
Plot 4: Cool-Moji is the Coolest Emoji in the phone and Mulch the Bully hates him for it. Mulch the Bully tries to bully Cool-Moji and his friends.
Plot 5: It tells the story of the overprotective Ocellaris emojifish named Marmoji who, along with a regal blue emoji named Emojory, searches for his abducted emoji Nemoji all the way to Sydney's phone. Along the way, Marmoji learns to take risks and comes to terms with Nemoji taking care of himself.
Plot 6: A young phone loving girl loses a level in Candy Crush. In her anger, she stuffs her phone into her ear. All the emojis are killed in the crash except for the Happy emoji, the Sad emoji, the Angry emoji, the Scared emoji, and the Disgusted emoji. They find themselves in the girls brain and take over as her emotions. But then some bad stuff happens!
Plot 7: iPhone emojis lead a mostly happy existence, except for Red (Jason Sudeikis), who just can't get past the daily annoyances of life. His temperament leads him to anger management class, where he meets fellow emojis Chuck (Josh Gad) and Bomb. Red becomes even more agitated when his emoji brethren welcome green Android emojis to their phone paradise. As the androids begin to get under his skin, Red joins forces with Chuck and Bomb to investigate the real reason behind their mysterious arrival.
Plot 8: Kek emoji has rescued Princess Emoji, got married, and now its time to meet the parent emojis. Kek, Princess emoji, and Donkey emoji set off to Far, Far Away (the app store) to meet Princess emoji's mother and father. But not everyone is happy. Kek and the King emoji find it hard to get along, and there's tension in the marriage.
Plot 9: While traveling to the far east of the phone to text against The 'Moji (Richard Petty) and Chemoji Hemoji (Michael Keaton) for the Texting Cup Championship, Lightning McMoji (Owen Wilson) becomes lost after falling out of his phone in a run down town called Happy Face Springs. While there he slowly befriends the town's odd emojis, including Sallmoji (Bonnie Hunt), Doc Hudmoji (Paul Newman) and Matoji (Larry the Cable Guy). When it comes time for him to leave the texting championship is no longer his top priority.
Plot 10: The series focuses on eight-year-old Pink Haired Emoji, the newest resident of the MojiTown community. She has moved to MojiTown to live with her uncle, Mayor Mojiwell, and is surprised to learn that all of her neighbor emojis lead inactive lifestyles. With the help of an above-average superemoji named Sportemoji, she helps teach the other emojis how to partake in more athletic pastimes. Her attempts are often nearly thwarted by Robmoji Rotmoji, who prefers to lead a sluggish life and is agitated by the sudden boom of physical activity. On a regular basis, Robmoji devises ill-judged schemes to make MojiTown lazy once again. However, his plans are never foolproof and always end with him losing. Each of the emojis that Stephanie befriends embodies negative characteristics. Zigmoji, who is kindhearted and wants to be a superemoji when he grows up, has an unbalanced diet void of texting and Candy Crush. Trixmoji is a troublemaker with little respect for antivirus and other emojis. Pixmoji is an inventor who displays and spends too much time texting. Emingy has a self-centered attitude and is possessive of nearly every application in the phone. As the movies progresses, the emojis become less lazy in favor of a more "Candy Crushy" way of living.
Plot 11: Emmoji (Chris Pratt), an ordinary emoji who always follows the rules of texting, is mistakenly identified as the Special Emoji -- an extraordinary emoji that even haters of emojis love! He finds himself drafted into a fellowship of strangers who are on a mission to stop an evil tyrant's (Will Ferrell) plans to conquer the world. Unfortunately for Emmoji, he is hopelessly -- and hilariously -- unprepared for such a task, but he'll give it his all nonetheless.
