The bookshop wasn't where she saw it the last time 70 years ago. But this time she did not give up. She wasn't ready to let go. She needed to go there one last time. But after a while her legs started to hurt since she was so old her legs couldn't walk for long. But when the snow was blowing in her face while she was walking through the forest memories started to come back.

It was the same storm, the same forest, the same path and there it was the little bookshop. But it looked nothing like before. It wasn't the same. It was split in half and only one half was standing, the other half of the house was torn apart. Now it was just a ruin. She closed her eyes. Tears was dripping down her cheeks and fell into the snow. When she opened her eyes again one window was flying like if there was a wall there. And you could see the fireplace if you looked inside. But in the window on the side where it was a wall you could only see darkness. She imagined it was a door there and stepped inside. It looked exactly like it used to do. Except that the room with the book was dusty, messy and dark. She walked into that room and looked out from the window. There was no ocean and no blue. There was nothing there, just the dark winter storm. She looked to her right and there was the book as blue and beautiful, just like 70 years ago. She opened it once again but this time she did not see a light. Instead she came to an empty blue room. The only things there was a big open book, several meters tall, and a big tree with golden leaves. She walked closer to the book. She saw her shadow on the white paper. But the shadow she saw was not of her old self. The shadow was the little girl she used to be. She put her hand on the paper and her shadow did the same. Just a few seconds after her old shaky hand touched the paper, she was sucked into the book.
