Marinette's P.O.V.

   I walked in school hand in hand with Adrien. Since I'm felt better now, I had the right to go to school.....even if I didn't want to. But seriously, who would want to?

The day went by as usual, caught daydreaming about Adrien, got mocked by Chloe and her minion, Lila, and I was on my last class when the fire alarm rang.

"Okay, everybody do not panic. Stay calm and-", Madam Bustier said.

"PANIC!", screamed Kim.

Everyone rushed outside where everyone was piling up looking at the smoking school. I made my way to Adrien and he hugged me tightly as if I was about to disappear. I hugged back wanting him to know that I'm fine.

"Thank goodness you're okay.", he said still not letting me go.

"What happened?", I asked him.

"I'm not sure, I was at my Music class when the fire alarm rang."

Hushed whispers erupted around on how this happened. But one stood out the most. Chloe looked at me with hate in her eyes.

She pointed an accusing finger at me. "It's her! It's Marinette's fault! She started this fire so Adrikinns could comfort her! What a drama queen!"

Madam Bustier looked at Chloe with disappointment, "Chloe you do not have proof that Marinette did this."

Chloe stomped her foot, "but I know she did it and come on! When was I, the great Chloe Bourgeois, ever wrong?"

Max spoke up from behind her, "do you want it in a written form and in alphabetical order?"

Chloe scoffed, "me? Did something wrong? Never!"

I almost felt bad for all the gibes and glares that were sent her way. Almost.

Max cleared his throat and before he could speak, the principal came.

"They had found the cause of the fire. It was from the lab and since no one was using it today, we'll wave it off -"

"But it's all her fault!", Chloe pointed at me and I swore I heard Adrien hiss.

"She is clearly behind all this!"

Principal Damocles looked at Chloe, "what proof do you have?"

"Well I am sure that my daddy will have a different say in this.", she took out her phone

And there she goes, hiding behind her father's leg.

Lila looked at me with the same malice as Chloe had, "I agree with my bff Principal, Marinette did something about this."

Adrien pushed me behind him, "and you expect us all to believe you two when all you have is words and not evidence?"

Lila flipped her hair in a Chloe style and blew her fingernails, "when you get bored with that piece of trash, call me."

It took Ivan, Kim, and Nino to hold him back from attacking Lila.

"Let me go! I just want to rearrange her face!", Adrien shouted.

Lila, being the stupid person she was, said, "oh Adrien, I knew you always thought I was pretty !"
