Nikola now pressed a gentle kiss to Helen's lips, and he held her close to her for a few moments now before she moved away, from him. This didn't mean anything, she was actually glad, she had gotten it all out. She had felt like a weight had been lifted from her shoulders, she let a soft chuckle escape her lips, as Nikola tilted his head to the side, before he finally said
"Yes Actually, I Can See, Us Being A Couple Helen, I Mean My Charm And Genius, Your Arresting Good Looks. It Is A Perfect Match"
Helen chuckled softly, she should have seen that one coming she couldn't help but smile. She didn't mind however, she would however let it slide this time at least. There had been times of course where, he had infuriated her, but he was Nikola Tesla, he was just infuriating generally, it came part in part with being a vampire genius and the only one left of his kind. That they were aware of ,of course they had come across Afina before, that didn't exactly go well. She wasn't the most welcoming of people, and she wanted to use Helen as an everlasting drink, which didn't really appeal. Now Nikola had his own idea's on how he planned to end this night, That however was far from what was going on. There was, going to be an arrival of a different sort, right there in her office.
"You Know, This Does Mean, I Am Going To Be Just As Infuriating, As I Normally Am. Us Dating Changes Nothing"
Helen Chuckled she wouldn't want it any other way, he was who he was and that. Was the man she fell in love with. Nikola gently pulled Helen close to him, gently holding her close, and he would have leaned in for a passionate kiss, He was interrupted however, by a rift appearing, and Helen naturally drew her gun, she often kept a gun close, just to be safe. What or rather who came through was a young child, he appeared to be injured, so Helen naturally as the rift closed, went to the childs side and started to check him over, he was alive and he opened his eyes, Helen gently stroked his head and she said
"What's Your Name, Sweetheart"
The child looked up to Helen, he had clearly been through a lot, and he only said softly
"Oliver, Oliver Harkness"
Helen looked to Nikola who raised a brow, he was just as confused as she was, they didn't didn't know where the young child had come from. But she of course would do all she could to help the young boy, perhaps when he was stronger, he would be able to tell them where he came from. But until then she would be taking care of his health, that was paramount for them. Or at least for Helen it was, she soon relocated Oliver to the medical facilities, where Helen, checked him over and administered any care he may have needed.
Helen then settled in, a chair next to his bed, she wasn't going to leave him yet. After all her was a young child and when he woke up, he may be scared and wondering where he was, Helen wanted to be there when he woke to allay any worries he may have. Helen had stayed all night at Olivers side, she wanted to make sure he made it through the night. Nikola had come in with a cup of tea for her and hesaid giving her a gentle nudge
"Helen dear you fell asleep here, drink this"
Helen raised a brow as she looked to him taking the cup, she gave it a cursory sniff, to make sure it wasn't coffee before she took a sip raising to her feet and she then said as she drew aqay from Olivers beside
"His blood work has brough up something very interesting, while his body takes on the appearence of a child, he is anything but Nikola, he is over a century old"
Nikola of course was rather intrigued with that information, it was odd, how someone could get that sort of immortality, without using the source blood like that had, All those years ago, Nikola of course raised a brow, but he gave her another nudge, mainly to indicated he wanted her to drink and, she did before he said
"well let's wake up old sleeping beauty here and ask him, who the hell he is"
That comment got a scowl from Helen, which was more than well deserved, she wasn't about to wake him up, abruptly like that, he may be over a century old, but he was still a child, and he was injured, he needed to rest, and awaken on his own, then he could answer any questions she may have had, or Nikola may have had.
Helen of course was concerned there might be lasting damage, to perhaps his memory, but because she, didn't really know anything about him. She wouldn't know what memories he had and what he had lost, she knew it would be difficult, but that was why she was so good at her job. Helen did appreciate the fact that Nikola had brought her a drink. It was oddly thoughtful of him. but she liked it, she pressed a soft kiss to his cheek, which he of course turned at the last second to capture her lips against his.
What surprised him the most however was the fact Helen had raised, her other hand and rested against his neck. She this time prolonged the kiss and when she broke away, he gave her that trademark grin, well it was more a smirk than a grin, before he then eventually said
"Helen Magnus, if I didn't know better I would swear you instigated that on purpose, I like this impulsive side to you, it's very sexy"
Helen let a soft chuckle escape her lips she knew that she, was likely to never live that down. He would make sure she remembered that for a long time, but oddly enough she didn't really mind. She loved him, even when he was infuriatingly annoying, it served to be very amusing, especially when he pouted. He usually did that because he couldn't get his own way, and when he was around Helen she rarely let him get his own way.
But that was because she found when he pouted, to be rather cute, so she sometimes would do it on purpose to have him pout, but that also came with some, annoyance too, because then he would drown his sorrows, even though wine didn't affect him, he would deplete her wine cellar, which was annoying because then she, to restock it only to have him drink all the wine she then replace. She did sometimes think about not stocking any wine, but she would rather have him drinking her wine that moping around her sanctuary. Because when he did that he was really no help to anyone, and despite all his cons, he was a brilliant man, although she wouldn't tell him that either, didn't want to inflate his ego too much
