Family Reunion

I was dressed in a black and white chiffon dressed with a grey blazer, standing in the park waiting for my family. I had arrived to Honolulu early this morning and was anxious to see my family again. The crowd was massive and a lot of people were gathered around, taking a look around I suddenly spotted Steve, Danny, Kono, Chin and Grace. Steve was dressed in his uniform, who looked great. I asked an officer that passed by me where the British Navy seals were and he pointed me in the right direction.I followed his direction and soon I saw my grandpa, uncle and my aunt standing together and talking. "Grandpa!" I called, watching him turn and open his arms for me. "Missed you lots girl". He whispered and kissed the top of my head. The three of them were all wearing their uniforms, while I stood there as an outcast. I had my gear in the car incase an emergency would come up, but I highly doubt it.

"Where are Peter and Caspian?" I asked, looking at my uncle, Commander Dawson for answers. "They went to take Buddy for a walk. You remember that your older brother got that dog with him all the time?" He asked me, I nodded remembering the dog quite well. "I love that dog, I have seriously considered getting myself the same kind of dog". I informed them and catched up a bit with them. While I talked with them I noticed that quite a lot of dog handlers had let their dogs loose or the dog was just trailing behind the handler. "How about you go and talk to people, darling?" My aunt asked me, I gave her a nod and headed towards where Steve and his group stood.

"Finally got use for your uniform, I see". I joked as I neared the group even closer. Steve turned around and pulled me in for a hug, before I could say something more. "Didn't know you were back in Hawaii. Great to see you though!". He said as he let go of me, so Chin could give me a hug too, then Kono. Once Kono let go Danny held his arms open. "Heard that you and my daughter have been texting quite a lot". He said as I just nodded. "Well, who can say no to her?" I asked as I let go of him, to hug Grace too. "Great to see you too". I replied back to Steve as I stood beside him with Grace arms still wrapped around my waist. "Grace come here". Danny said all of a sudden making Grace frown. "What is it Danno?" Grace asked as suddenly a dog appeared next to us. I recognised my brother's dog imediately. "Hi Buddy!" I said and kneeled down.

"I almost think that my dog likes you better than me". I heard my older brother Peter joke. I looked up and smiled at him. "Well Lieutnant, I like him at least. Been thinking about getting one myself". I said and continued to cuddle with Buddy. My brothers turned to Steve. "Hello, you must be Lt. Commander Steve McGarret?" Peter asked and gave a short nod at Steve. "Yes, that would be me. Pleasure to meet you, sir". Steve replied. "Hello. I am Lieutnant Jr. Edwards, but call me Caspian". Caspian said as he shook Steve's hand. "I am Lieutnant Peter Edwards, and that is my partner Buddy". Peter informed as he said hello to the rest of the group. "Forgot to tell you, I have family in the navy. I informed Steve as Grace moved over to Buddy too.

"So Liz, where are your mate?" Caspian asked looking around. "Back in London, sadly. Had a meeting, he is coming here though later". I replied and watched Danny look at me. "What?" I asked as he just continued to stare at me. "Nothing". He replied back to me as my phone rang. I put the phone up to my ear and answered. "Agent Edwards to your service sir". I said, watching Steve and my brothers look at me. "Good day Agent Edwards. I sent the HPD a file that you will need to pick up at five pm today at lolani palace. You will help Lt. Commander McGarrett with the case. You understand me Ms? Call him and I am sure he will fill you in on the details later. " He asked in a dead boring seriously tone. "Yes, sir. I understand. I will ask him". I replied before I hung up and turned to Steve. "You will get a call from your governour and he will tell you, that you guys got a new case". I spoiled as Steve's phone rang. He excused himself and came back after he heard about the case. "You were right, seems like you are going to help us with the case" He added while I just nodded.

"Peter, I will take Buddy while you talk to grandpa". I said and looked down at Buddy. "Alright". Peter said as he left me to go and talk to our grandpa, Caspian trailing behind him. "They are in the navy? Is most of your family in the navy?" Danny asked. His voice was light, but hysteric. "Well yeah. My two brothers are trying at least get promoted to captain, which we know will take awile. My dad used to have the rank Captain in the Navy, well he still kind of have it...." I trailed of, thinking about it.

"Ms. Edwards, Commander Dawson wants a word with you". An officer said walking up to me. "Thanks for informing me". I told him as I looked at Steve. "Meet you at lolani Palace at five pm. Bye". I told him as I walked off to find my uncle, Buddy trailing behind me.
