Sans got up from his bed and walked out of his room. As he did, he noticed Papyrus approaching him. "You feeling better brother?" He inquired. "I guess so." Sans replied. "Good. I get worried about you sometimes Sans. Anyways, there is some leftover spaghetti in the fridge that Frisk didn't eat if you want to eat it. I'm going to the shop to get more items. I'll see you later." Papyrus explained, walking away. "Wait!" Sans shouted. Papyrus stopped and turned around. "Yes Sans?" Sans said nothing, instead rambled over to him and giving him a large hug. "Aww Sans, what's this for?" Papyrus asked smugly. "I'll see you later too. I love you bro." Sans avowed. Papyrus hugged his brother back in affection. "I love you too Sans!" When they let go, Papyrus began to walk back downstairs. "Now I must go! The spaghetti needs me!" He yelled, walking downstairs. Sans assured a small smile and went back to his room and closed the door. He knelt on the floor in the middle of his room and made a long, sharp bone appear in his hand. Sans looked at it as if he saw something odd. He sighed as he turned it horizontally so the bone was right next to his chest where his soul was.
(Sans POV)
Hey kid, did you break our promise yet? Well, it doesn't matter anymore. You don't have to wait much longer. (Sans placed his hands on the other end of the bone so the end before was leaning on his chest.) Welp, I'm going to Grillby's. Frisk, do you want anything?
Sans slid his eyes shut and smiled.

When Papyrus came back, he checked to see if Sans was alright. He walked upstairs and realized his door was closed but not locked. He opened it and right in the middle of his room, he saw something he never wanted to see. A pile of dust with his brother's hoodie, and a thin bone right beside.
