I woke on a couch...next to a fireplace?

I jumped up, but was stopped by myself. A log cabin.

A loud groan of pain escaped my lips as I laid back down. My leg stung horribly.

I uncovered it, seeing as there was a flannel blanket on it.

I almost screamed. But I didn't.

My leg was all bent out of shape. And I had just gotten used to having the other one healed!

It was wrapped in cloth.

A tall figure entered the room. A flash of red hair.

Wendy.

"Dipper, you awake?" Wendy asked me, sitting on the floor.

"Y-yeah..." I said.

She looked shocked. I realized I let the demon voice slip.

"I'm sorry Wendy, it's difficult to keep my normal voice up..." I explained.

"Well...my brother found you passed out in the forest. You had a bad leg. What even happened?" She asked, ignoring my voice.

"Mabel and I got taken by these people. I escaped, but I couldn't find her. They were catching up and I ran away. They tried to kill me. They've been watching me and Mabel. I believe they assume I'm a demon..."

She looked shocked. My voice had layers upon infinite layers of itself. It was echoey and weird.

"Sorry about my voice. It's hard to control while drai--injured."

"It...it's perfectly okay. We should really get your leg fixed though..." she changed the subject.

"Don't worry. I got this," I claimed.

I placed my hand suspended in the air, palm towards my broken leg.

"Sana me in virtute, uti ad sanandum. Formae naturales sunt difficilia servare. Paratus vel eamus quaerunt. Find laesi area, et latere potuerint. Sana laesus area, lucet ad vos," I mumbled.

A glittery looking blue dust sprouted from my fingers and floated to my leg. My leg began to shine a light blue.

It healed itself halfway. Then the magic stopped.

"Wendy, you there?" I asked. I wasn't as hurt. My voice was simpler.

"Y-yeah. How did that..."

"Remember. I learned Magic. It's only half healed, though." I said.

My eyes widened. "How longs it been since you found me?" I asked panicking.

"Two days."

"I need to go find Mabel!" I stated. I got up off the couch quickly. I winced as I stepped down on my halfway healed leg, but I kept walking through the pain.

Three days in the forest plus two days here. She could be dead!

They could be torturing her.

Wendy suddenly blocked my path and picked me up. She made me lay on the couch once more. "You're not going anywhere having a leg like that! I can't loose either you or Mabel! I'm going to rally up a search party," she stated calmly.

"No. I need to go find Mabel!" I said. I was quiet for the capacity of volume of my demonic voice.
