Armani Phantomblade: The end of time part 1

12. The beginning of the end.

Armani was walking down Goku Avenue in the east part of the town when he heard an eruption in the back-alley. It sounded as though someone was opening a portal to another Dimension, possibly the overworld but he was wrong. He went over to the sound to see Aethex standing in front of his army but he never noticed Armani.

"Today, We mark the beginning of the end of the Demons! Today, we march through this demon empire to destroy the last of them!" Aethex bellowed.

"Over. My. Dead. Body!" Armani yelled showing his face.

They all turned to face him and Armani drew Khalida. Aethex sent his fighters at Armani but they were cut down before they could get near him. Aethex laughed and sent two more out but they met the same fate. Aethex told his men to hold up and he walked off of his stage. He walked up to Armani, held out his hand and Armani stood tall. 

"You want me, to shake your hand?" Armani asked.

"No, I want your weapons!" He replied with a smile.

Armani grew angry and sliced off Aethex's arm with one strike. He fell backwards, holding his wound, screaming at the top of his lungs. Armani ran out of the sight and flew back to Tori, his wings flapped frantically in the air until he crashed through his window. He ran throughout the house until finally finding Tori, sat in a chair, facing the wall. Red blood splashed on the walls. He walked up to Tori's chair, turned it around to see him dead, facing the roof with a letter in his hand. 

"Armani. If you are reading this then I am dead. I died due to the rogue cell and I will leave you everything I have in my possession and guess what, The dark lord was right about you. Find Sirak and Ziracon, they are a twin brothers who will help you by using their army to end the threat of Aethex and his men. Yours always, Tori!" Armani read.

He spread his wings, walked down the stairs and flew off into the air to find Sirak and Ziracon. Juuzou, Jack and the Sakamae were all informed of this and were heading to the same place as well. Armani was given a location to find them as well. Aethex and the Rogue Cell were now in the entire dimension now, they'll be attacking the demons from their areas and now, they'll be dead. Armani found Sirak, he was a tall, pink skinned male, wearing green camouflage clothing and wielding a large, orange, heavy backsword. He was teaching some new recruits and enrolling them into the army just in case of an attack. 

"You Sirak?" Armani asked as he tapped him on the shoulder.

"That's my name, Tori sent ya?" He replied.

"Tori's...dead." Armani sighed.

"That means the rogue cell is here, I'll alert Ziracon, he'll summon the entire army to one place and then we're ready." Sirak added in gesturing to the recruits.

Armani nodded and walked off into the canteen to wait until Ziracon or Sirak gets him. He sat down on a bench for almost an hour before a tall, muscular woman came walking into view, she wore a white shirt, green camo trousers and black laced boots. She had brown hair and three red eyes, she had green skin and a large Claymore sword. 

"Armani Phantomblade?" She asked.

"That's me, you Ziracon?" He replied.

"No, I am Tsyukino, Captain of the 765th battalion legion of the demon empire!" She said.

"Tsyukino Yuuki?" He asked.

"That's me." Tsyukino replied.

She sat down next to him and they spoke for another hour, she said that Ziracon had been in his study for three days, no one has seen or heard from him except for Sgt. Sirak. Ziracon was the Commander-in-chief of the entire army and was one of few people who could fight at an unmatchable speed. To sum him up in one word, it would be Untouchable. Sirak walked towards Armani and Tsyukino with a large man who turned out to be Ziracon himself. 

"Capt. Tsyukino," He said looking at her.

"Sarge!" She said standing up.

"At ease." He said at her, he looked at Armani next.

"Ziracon, Tori is..." He began.

"Dead I know!" Ziracon interrupted. 

"I guess it's time to go to war, evacuate the civilians to the same point agreed." Sirak added in as they walked over to the stage where there was a mass amount of Soldiers at disposal.

Armani took his position at either end of the leaders and now, they were preparing for attack when Aethex came charging into the compound. He had his full Army behind him and Ziracon gave the order to attack. The entire Rogue cell Army was damaged and suffered many casualties when a large bolt of electricity came flying from Aethex's sidekick. She stood tall and proud with pink and black hair, a green eye and a blue eye, a dress which covered her ankles and a large Falchion sword in her hands.

"Thank you Hitsoguri!" Aethex said to her.

The girl nodded and backed away into the crowd of Rogue's with a skip in her steps, she was seen climbing into a watch tower and killing the guard in the tower. Armani was enraged and set the entire tower ablaze with one flick of his wrist, Hitsoguriwas set on fire almost as immediately as the entire tower was set alight. She never let out a single scream but instead, an icy breeze which set out the fire around her, the tower collapsed with the damaged from the fire and she was trapped under the rubble. Her hand was stuck out all bloodied and now, Aethex was running towards her.

"Hitsoguri! No!" He screamed.

Armani sent out a fireball the size of the sun directly at the rogue army knocking them backwards and wiping them out. Aethex let out a horrifying scream as he saw his friend dead under the rubble, her neck snapped, her body bent backwards and her face nothing but blood and bones. He turned around with rage written on his face, he saw the burnt skeletons of his army and ran at Armani. The guards fired at him but he dodged each bullet and took down the soldiers. Armani flew into the air and struck Aethex again. He struck his face but one soldier who survived the endure dragged away Aethex covering his slashed eye with a rag. Armani heard an explosion in the distance and flew up to see the entire city burning. Aethex's men didn't all die, there were so many who were in the city. Where were the others, Jack, Sakamae, Juuzou and the others, were they helping evacuations or not? Armani couldn't linger as the base was the only thing that was untouched by damage. He told Sirak and Ziracon to attack any Rogue cell members they see and try to get the people out of the entire city.
