Olivia: (gets text) *Cragen* (rape victim mercy west hospital Liv and Amaro go. Fin Rollins prescient)

Olivia: ok, Capt

***************Mercy Hospital***

Amaro: Hey, Liv. I'm glad Cragen has you back. 

Olivia: yeah, full recovery plus I'm seeing a shrink.

Amaro: good for you.

Olivia: (smiles)

Nurse: Hey, detectives?

Olivia: yes... detective benson, detective amaro

Nurse: good. Victim has suffered tremendous vaginal pain. lost a lot of blood but she will be fine. We're keeping her internal bleeding. Kim Hathaway. We're about to get started on the rape kit.

Olivia: (leading) can I..?

Nurse: sure, with the victim's consent.

Olivia: Hi Kim, I'm detective benson. Can you tell me who did this to you?

Kim: I don't know. I can't remember. 

Olivia: Well you can tell me as much as you can..

Kim: Can we do this after...

Olivia: yeah, sure. (walks out)

Amaro: What did she say?

Olivia: well she doesn't remember much but once its done she'll tell us how much she can remember.

Amaro: Well, what now? 

Olivia: We wait.

********30 minutes later*****

Nurse: Ok detectives, you may see her now.

Olivia: Thanks. 

Kim: Um.. I thought you were gone.

Olivia: I will be here the whole time Kim. This is my partner, detective Amaro. 

Kim: (looks)

Olivia: Now Kim you said you didn't remember anything. Can you tell me what you do remember?

Kim: I'm starting to remember now. He had on a mask, his eyes was blue, he smelled like cologne as if he just sprayed it.

Olivia: go on.. Kim. We need to know every detail.

Kim: *sighs* He grabbed me from behind, pushed me on the ground and he had a knife he told me "bitch scream and your dead" I was to in shock to say anything. I just laid there. (putting her head down)

Olivia: Kim its ok, its not your fault.

Kim: was I even raped? I didn't say anything. I just laid there and cried the whole time.

Olivia: Kim he had a knife, he forced you. Often times victims body are in shock to not even move.

Amaro: Kim where was this?

Kim: 25th street. right outside the bar on the alley.

Amaro: ok Kim, was anyone with you?

Kim: No I was on my way home from my fiance house.

Amaro: you're engaged? we're gonna need your fiance number and address.

Kim: omg, no. you can't tell him. see I'm a virgin and if he finds out all of that's gone now.... (starts crying)

Olivia: Kim, I'm sure he'll understand. 

Kim: No, no. Get out. I'm not pressing charges on anyone. I don't want hear about this anymore and don't question my fiance.
