Olivia: ok we need your permission to get the rape kit. lets go to the hospital.
Mariah: no.. no hospital... I did a rape kit.
Olivia: we need to check everything.
Mariah: no . no. (starts crying) I'm not going.
Olivia: you weren't raped in your apartment weren't you.
Mariah: Nooo...
Olivia: & you know who did this?
Mariah: (cries)
Nick: (busts in) you're pregnant? who did this?
Mariah: yes Nick I'm pregnant.
Nick: oh God.... I don't know

Olivia: Nick step out I'm handeling this.

Mariah: Can you give us a minute?
Olivia: so Mariah I can't do that. Nick get out. Now Mariah I need you to tell me who you're pregnant for and who did this?
Mariah: I can't.. I can't..
Olivia: if you don't tell me... he's still out there and he can still attack women including you again.
Mariah: I'm sorry I can't I just can't (gets up) don't call me ever again. (runs out)
Nick: Mariah. . Mariah.. stop. lets talk.
Mariah: no nick.. not now. (running out)
Nick: Mariah you can't run from this.
(Nick and Olivia runs after Mariah. Mariah grabs her phone to make a phone call going down the stairs. Olivia and Nick are still yelling telling her to wait up. Mariah drops her phone and runs out the precinct doors. Nick chases her well Olivia collects her phone. Olivia reads that Mariah called her General. Mariah is crying and not paying attention she stops by the pedestrian walk way. Nick walks up to her.. saying "Mariah please don't run away from this let me help you baby". Olivia walks out, saying "Mariah I know, I know who did this to you." Mariah yells "No no no..." (Mariah runs) Not paying attention Mariah runs straight into a garbage truck."
Nick: (screams) Noooooooooo!!!!
Olivia: (crying & running) Nooo... noooo.. nooo..
Nick: nooo.. nooo.
Olivia: (screams) Mariah!!! Mariah!!! (crying)
Garbage Man: oh my god. is she alive? is she alive? I didn't see her she came out of no where.
Olivia: (hands shaking) I can't I can't. There's too much blood.
(Fin & Amanda heard the garbage truck slam on brakes and ran down as fast as they could)
Fin: Liv.. what happened?
Olivia: I... I... (starts crying)
Fin: (on phone) I need a bus at precinct 7. fatal car accident. (responder 10-4)
Amanda: Nick.. lets get you inside. Officers help detective Amaro inside.
Fin: What the hell happened?
Garbage Man: they were talking and she ran out.. she ran out of nowhere.
Amanda: Fin, I don't have a pulse.
