What's so fun about Christmas? When we were little kids,it was the best thing ever,but when you get old,it isn't exciting anymore.
"Gen,why are you doing here all by yourself?" Kiara asked,sitting beside
"Where's Cole?" I asked
"Gen,I can't tell you" She told me

676...686...706...726. I have 726 dollars in savings from the club. I need more to leave. I placed the money back in the envelope and in a white cloth then I placed back in the mattress.
I left my room and towards the living room. I sat down in the middle and stared at the tree.

"I hope you like your present,Father" I said,holding out a box
Father took the box and open the box. He took the cup I made in pottery class and looked at.
"Do you like it?" I asked
"I love it" He said
I knew he didn't. The cup was supposed to be for mom,but she died before i could give it to her.

I woke up,with tears running down my face. I was breathing heavily.
"Dad!"I yelled
Why don't I hear footstep? Why isn't he coming? Does he love me still?
I kept yelling out his name ,but he never came neither did Kayla.

"Dad,why aren't you using your cup" I asked him as I pour syrup on my pancakes
"I don't want to dirty it" He told me
But I knew the truth,he threw it away. He doesn't love me.

"Genevieve" I turned around and Cole was standing there
"W-what are you doing here" I said,scooting away
"I'm sorry for hurting you. I really am. It's just I had a bad childhood" He told me
"We're the same then" I told him
"How was it bad for you? I bet you it's because you didn't get the doll you wanted" He told me,glaring at me
"My own father wouldn't even be there for me,he would just be with Kiara." I told him
"My life was much worser then yours,Genevieve"
"I know and I should be the one saying sorry,not you" I told him
"We both made mistakes"
"That we do"
"Here" He said,holding out a box
I looked up at him,"Take it" He said
I took it form him and carefully unwrapped it. What the hell?
"Really Cole" I said,looking at him
"Do you like it?" He said,trying not to laugh
"Oh,I really like the design on the coal. What marker did you use?" I said
He got me a coal,that said 'sike'. Asshole.
"Well,thank you. I knew that you would like it" He told me
"Shut up" I told him,throwing the box at him
"Don't hurt me now." Cole said,catching the box
"I wished the box hit you in the face" I said
"Ha ha ha. Now where's my present?" He asked
"I didn't get you one" I told him
"Then I want my gift back" He said
"No can do" I told him as I licked the coal
Bad idea. I spit out the bad taste,but it was still there. Cole bursted out in laughter.
"Shut up" I told him as I wiped my tongue on sweater
"You really are stupid"
"I'll show you stupid" I told him
I got up and jumped on him
"What the hell are doing? Get off of me"
"Nope" I told him,tightening my grip
"Oajy,but if you die it's not my fault" He told me
"And how will I die?" I asked
"When I fall,you'll break my fall" He told me
I tired to get off of him,but he tightened his hold on me.
"Let go of me" I said
"Nope" He said
"What's going on here?"
Kiara was staring at us with her arms crossed. Cole turned around and I tried to turn my head,but that was the worst thing to do.
"Now,don't kiss in front of me" Kiara said,gagging
"Cole,let of of me" I said
He let go of me. I moved away from him and looked at Kiara.
"I thought y'all weren't talking to each other since of what happen" Kiara said
"I wanted to apologize to Genevieve of what happen"
"And did you?"
"Yes I did"
"Did you forgive him, Gen?"
"Maybe I did and maybe I didn't,that is the question" I told her,grinning
"I can't with you" Kiara said,shaking her head
"You love me" I said,hugging her
"Can't I get a hug?" Cole said
"No,you can't. Now leave" Kiara told him
"Stealer"
"Yes I am,so bye"
They act like siblings.
