I am awaken by Leslie singing to "Closer" on the radio. I check my phone to see what time it is.

"Look who finally decided wake up! We are 10 minutes away from Caz, so get yourself ready to enter college!!!" My mom looks back at me and Leslie.

"You two ready to take on college?" My dad smiles.

My mom looks at my dad and laughs, "Peter, I don't think college is ready for them!"

Leslie and I laugh. But I don't think that is true, i am so nervous for college. But i am excited at the same time. I just don't know how I am going to survive.

We pull up to the parking lot and there's tons of cars with parents saying goodbye to their kids, and kids my age walking into the big doors of Cazenovia.

My dad parks the car and we get out and i immediately go to the trunk and get my two suitcases out along with Leslie's.

"We have to go inside and get registered Ell." Leslie looks at me.

I look at my mom and dad, man i love these two goofs. "Guys i'm gonna be fine, I will see you guys every holiday. It's not like i'm gonna be alone! I have Leslie and she has me. We have each other, and I will make sure I call you guys everyday. I will miss you guys. I love you both so much." I give them both a warming smile.

"We love you too Ell. Be safe baby." My mom and dad hug me.

I wave them goodbye and my mom blows me a kiss. I turn around and walk with Leslie into the doors of the college i have been dreaming for ever since i was a little girl. College here i come.
