Emily's pov:
I woke up on the ground in the dirt and I had no idea were I was. and at that moment it all came back to me the prophecy and the door being knocked down and someone picking me up and me blacking out. I started to cry usally im stong but for all I know everyone I love could be dead. just then I heard footsteps I looked up and saw Blake. I ran up to him and jumped in his arms I didnt care that he is a vampire. he was on my side and he is my boyfriend this new info wont change that. I kissed him for what seemed like forever and finally I pulled back and asked the question that had been buging me."did anyone else escape? " he gave me a sad look and said"not that I know of but your dad made sure everyone knew were this place was just in case we ever got separated. youve only been out for a few hours but your dad said that if no one else showed up here after three days then we had to leave and go get the army and then come to the rescue. " this was alot to take in but I knew this what I was meant to do."why did you get all stiff when your dad told you I was a vampire"asked blake and I wasnt sure how to answer "I.....it was...um....it was j..just alot to take in." I say I know I dont sound convincing but I just couldn't explain. "I know it was but...but..does it change....anything between...us?" asked blake and I looked up at him and realized how much it hurt him when I did that and I knew right then that it didnt change anything I was in love with blake.
