i have a mate?!?! he's my mate?!?! how could this happen?!?!! why did this have to happen to me!?!! "what?? no..no...no we cant be mates!" I say I know its a mean thing to say but for all I know micah is a spy. I have to protect my family they come first. I look at him and see his smirk fade away and his eyes flashed so many differant emotions hurt, then anger, then love, then anger and hurt again."you dont beleive me?" he asked and I could tell it hurt him to say it. if we were mates it would explain the incredible pull I feel towards him."how could I beleive you? I dont know you and you tried to kill me!!! you said "I have no choice" what did that mean?!?" I say and look at him waiting for a answer. he hesitated but then said"u should beleive me because I know you feel the pull. and I didnt have a choice but to try and kill you because "the boss" had brainwashed me and my whole pack when we were just pups. thats why we all attacked. but when u killed her and took me on our way back I started to remember and then ur pull was strong that I knew we were mates as soon as I came to my senses." I beleive but I know I cant be so quick to trust so I leave and go get livvy."livvy I want u to enter his head and tell me if he is lying."

I walk up to micah and put my hand on his head. I closed my eyes and when I opened them I was in his head. I start walking around waiting for his conscious to show up. his conscious would tell me the truth since it is unable to lie. "hello" I hear from behind me and I turn around to see micah's conscious. " alright look im just gonna cut to the chase since I dont want to be in here for very long and I know you dont want me to be in here for very long so listen up is micah telling the truth about "the boss?" and he doesnt even hesitate when he says "yes he was. he wouldnt lie to his mate.....at least not now that he can think for himself. " well that all I needed to so I shook my head at him and waved bye and left. when I opened my eyes again I was back in the room. sapphire was looking at me and I noddes at her and she looked relieved and she went up to micah and kissed him.
