I turned back and went into my classroom with skylar shutting the door and locking it

K- oh god, alright I'm on my way how's Sky is she alright?
E- yeah but she's crying a lot
K- Alright her teeth are probably bugging her, give her her bottle till I get there

Kay's pov-
Of course Josh shows up at the fucking school and now I have to go.
I'm driving kinda fast until I got to the school. I stop the car and grab this Medicine for Sky then run out of the car running through the halls.
I reach the 4th floor and see josh sitting outside a classroom
" Josh what the hell are you doing?"
" Kaylynn I have a right to see my daughter, by the way she looks like me a little "
" no she doesn't and you're not aloud to just show up at the school and try to take her "
" I didn't try to take her I came to see her "
" whatever" I said flipping him off and knocking on the door
Once Ellie opened it I walked in and locked it again
I walked over to sky in her stroller
" hi princess I missed you" I said holding her
She rested her head on my shoulder and was a bit whiney
" Miss Jacobs? " the teacher said
" oh hello, yes?"
" this is your daughter?"
" yepp, she's mine "
" congratulations hunny! Good for you "
" thank you!"
" So Kay what are we gonna do?"
" we are leaving, we are going to go home where's Nessa?"
" I'll call her and tell her to meet us at the front of the school "

We get to the front of the school and see Nessa..
" Kay, how did this happen "

" because at the breakfast with him today, he already knew and demanded he sees her and i said no and so he decided to come see her here and he tells me she looks like him "
" oh gosh " Nessa said quietly
" just get in the car and lets go home before this bitch follows us because i will lose my shit "

Nessas pov-
Once we get home Kay takes Sky out of the car seat and grabs the bag then immediately goes upstairs
" she's pissed "
" I know " Ellie said worried
We walk into her house and see sky in the high chair but Kay isn't to be seen
" Kaylynn " I called I heard sniffles from the bathroom so I headed towards there
" Ellie, feed Sky " I told her, she nodded and I went into the bathroom with Kay.. She was sitting in the floor sobbing
" kaylynn get up, everything is going to be alright "
" no it's not Ness he's demanding to see her "
" I know babe, and before he gets legally involved what if you call him and meet up with him at a public place so he can see her and then he has no reason to get legally involved "

J- May I help you?
K- let's go out for dinner tonight.. When Skyler gets up from her nap.
J- really Kay? You're gonna let me meet her?
K- whatever, let's go to a chill restaurant and get something to eat so you can see her

K- I'm sure you are.
J- so what time?
K- well it's 3:30 now.. She's having a snack then I'm putting her down for a nap so about 6:30?
J- perfect see you then babe

I hung up and sat there wiping my tears then going out to the living room to see Ellie and Sky laying on the couch sleeping
" ness " I wispered
" yeah?"
" What would you guys like for dinner?"
" Kay don't worry about us, I'll cook and Ellie and I will clean up a bit before you get home "
" no, what would you like for dinner I'll run out quickly and go get it "

" hey:) I was wondering if you want to come over for dinner tonight "

Ness's face dropped and she texted him my address along with 6:30
I then pulled out my phone and texted Weston and told him to come over to meet Ellie and he was more than willing
