Svtfoe: A series of One-Shots

"I'm always here for you"

Note: Yep! You guessed it! JANSTAR!! I know a lot of people ship it, but there's not very many fanfics are out there. This takes place after the Bon Bon episode, so be ready for the feels.

Star kept sobbing and sobbing on her bed. She didn't feel like getting up, or even moving. Her heart broke, and she couldn't help but cry in despair.

Ever since Glossaryk and her book got stolen, as well as her heart, she was going through a long depression state, feeling like she had nothing. Star got sick through the days after the tragic event, and she didn't go to school that much.

Star screamed again in her pillow, tears soaking up the cloth, drenching it in tears. She lifted her face up, eyes all red and baggy. Her hair was a tornado, as well as her clothes. Star sighed. No one would be able to fix her heart again. Marco broke it too many times.

Her bedroom door opened swiftly, making a creaking noise that caused Star to turn her head in that direction. She couldn't see who it was at the door, since her sight was all blurry from the tears.

Star rushed to her drawer to grab her wand, ready to blast whoever it was. After all... It could be Ludo again. Star got in position, but before she could cast a spell, the figure yelled in panic.

"WOAH! Woah. Star. It's me. Janna. You okay? Janna got concerned with Star's health these past few weeks. It got worse and worse, making Janna worry more. "I really hope she won't die..." Janna thought.

Star put her wand down and rubbed her eyes, trying to see Janna. Her tears went away, and Star smiled a little, knowing that her banana was here to comfort her. Janna was the only one that was helping her through all of this. Marco was off with Jackie, and Glossaryck was gone. She liked it when Janna gave her visits, especially in a state like this.

"JANNA BANANA!!!" Star cried tears of joy, as she rushed over to Janna to hug her tightly, feeling warm and protected in her arms.

Janna lovingly smiled down at Star, she was so cute when she was happy. "Hey Star. I'm glad you're okay."

Star grabbed Janna by the hand, dragging her to her bed. She sat down on her pillow, Janna sitting beside her.

Janna was expecting Star to talk about her, or anything interesting, but instead she talked only about Marco. "Is Marco hurt? Is he okay? Is he still with Jackie?" Janna rolled her eyes.

She really wished Star would stop with all this Marco nonsense. Janna recently figured out why Star was acting this way. She was jealous. Jealous of Marco.

"Marco is okay Star, and yes. He is still dating Jackie." Star frowned. Another tear rolled down her cheek, eyes closed in anger and despair.

Janna got agitated. "Star, could you stop thinking about Marco for once? He's perfectly fine. He's happy being your friend, and dating Jackie."

Star grunted. "Yeah, but I feel like he keeps IGNORING me. It's different now.." Star fell down on her bed, covering her face with the tear-soaked pillow. "UGGGHHH. WHY DOES HE KEEP IGNORING ME."

Janna glared at Star. She took the pillow off of her face, revealing more tears on Star's cheek. Janna smirked as she brushed all the hair out of Star's red face.

"Marco isn't ignoring you Star." Janna assured. "He can't comfort two people at once, you know. You're just thinking ahead of yourself." Star was still sulking, not paying attention to Janna's reply.

"Besides.." Janna whispered. "I'm always here for you." Both Janna and Star blushed by this comment. Star smiled at Janna.

"I know. Maybe you're right. I am overreacting to this." Star put her head down, now cuddling the pillow. She rocked back and forth on the bed, not confident with her answer.

Janna sighed. "Why couldn't Star see that I was always there for her? How come Marco is the only person she likes? Can't she like me?" Janna had a little crush on Star for quite sometime. She just tried to deny it.

Janna moved closer to Star, having a concerning look on her face. Janna quickly took the pillow away from her face, revealing more tears.

Janna couldn't take it anymore. Star needed comfort, and Marco wasn't here to help. Janna quickly wrapped her arms around Star. Janna squeezed her eyes shut, holding back some tears.

Star got shocked by this movement. Her pupils expanded, eyes watering even more. Janna has hugged her before, but never like this. The hug was way too passionate, almost too loving.

Star looked up at Janna. She looked so pretty. Star realized that Janna, was perfect. Even if she didn't have Marco to comfort or hang out with her, she still had Janna. Her Janna Banana.

Janna let go of the hug, blushing furiously. Janna smirked. "Star... I have something to tell you."

Star smiled. She closed her eyes. "Janna... I've always liked you-" Janna cut her off with her lips. Star's tears went away, but not her red face. Her pupils shrank, shocked by Janna's lips.

Star never kissed a girl before, but she had to admit, this was amazing. Before Star could lean in, Janna pulled away quickly, frowning nervously from her action.

"I'm sorry Star. I don't know what got over me." Janna took her beanie off, trying to cover up her blushing face.

Star smiled. She leaned closer to Janna, and gave a quick kiss on the cheek. Janna lifted her head up, and looked at Star with amazement. Star's lips went close to Janna's ears, and whispered, "I thought that kiss was wonderful."

Janna teared up a little. She hugged Star once again. "Thank you for visiting me Janna. I appreciate it very much. I think you are the world to me. Who cares if Marco dates someone else, as long as I have you."

Janna closed her eyes.

"That's right. I'll always be here for you." Star hugged her tighter. Janna teared up more, as she assured Star of her promise.

"Always."
