I had calmed down and eliza sat down with me in her arms.

"Why do you know so much about me?"

"I'm good at reading people." She said. "I always saw you around school and noticed you got a lot more sad. I'm the one who walked in on you crying."

"You're also the one who left me a rose on Valentine's Day. Right?"

"Yes."

"Is this a sexual thing? Cause if it is... I don't know how to feel about it."

"No. I'm just gonna take care of you. And you can forget all of your problems."

"Wel-... okay.."
Fighting it isn't gonna help. Maybe if I'm good with eliza she'll let me go.

"Are you hungry mayabear?"

"No." I said and relaxed.
What? I like human contact. Sue me.

"Are you comfy?"

"Yes."
I ended up falling asleep.
My dream was about home. And school and Amber.

I felt a kiss on my forehead and I stirred leading to me waking up.

"Mommy!" I called out and eliza walked in.

"Hey mayabear. Did you sleep well?"

"Yes."

"What did you dream about?"

"My life before this." I answered honestly. "I miss my best friend."
I miss Amber more.

"But was he really that to you?"

"Yes! Well..." then I thought about it.
Joey's never been the best of friends to me... "is it bad that I miss him mommy?"

"It's not bad. It's just unhealthy. The attachment you have for him shouldn't be there. Or at least be this strong."
I looked up at her.
"You wanted a mommy. I'm here."
I raised my arms and she picked me up.

"Do you wanna color with me?"

"Of course."

She took me to a table and set me in a high chair.
I didn't know they made these so damn big.

She got out some markers and colored pencils. Then she got the paper.

I grabbed the colors I needed and started with a circle with a red colored pencil.

"What're you gonna draw mayabear?"

"Its a surprise." I said and remembered. I grind my teeth when I'm concentrating.
"Can you get me a pacifier..."

"Of course baby."
She stood up and got it from the counter.
She walked back and put it in my mouth.

I tuned her out and started drawing.

Is it bad that I'm tolerating being here?
Is it bad eliza seems to get less crazy every time she says something?

Whatever.
I continued sketching and then when I finished I grabbed a pen. I drew, inked it and started coloring.

"You've been at work for hours baby. Do you want a snack?"

I looked up and nodded my head. She walked to get it and I looked back down.

I had two pictures. One was a little doodle and the other was pretty big.

When I finished the second one I let my hands take a break.

"Are you finally done?" She asked and I nodded.
"Are you gonna let me see them?"
I nodded again.

I gave her the doodle first.

"Aww! This is adorable." She said. "Thank you."
Then I walked back to get the other one.
When I showed it to her it was like she was frozen.

"Wow Maya

"Wow Maya." She said in genuine amazement.

"Glad you like it."
I shook it so she knew she could take it.
She hung both of the pictures up.

Y'know..She kinda looks like.
My thought was cut short.
Wow nice.... personality.

"Uh mommy?"

"Yes?"

"I need to be changed.."
don't judge me. This shit happens.

"Okay."
She picked me up and set me on the changing bed.
When she was finished she leaned forward to kiss my forehead and I pulled her down accidentally on purpose.
I kissed her back and she pulled away.

"Sorry." I said.

"It's alright. You didn't mean to."

"You're right. I definitely didn't mean to." I said standing up and wrapping my arms around her waist.

"Maya..." she said.

"Is this okay?"

"I... um.. yes. But."

"But what?"

"I'm a virgin.."

"Time for a little role reversal then." I smirked at her and pushed her back on the bed.

When it was over I pulled the comforter over us and cuddled into her.

"What is this?" She asked about our relationship I assumed.

"Whatever you want. Accept. I'm not wearing diapers anymore."

"Fine. No more diapers. And you're not going to leave right?"

"Nah. I'd miss this way too much." I said. "Some of the clothes can stay."

"And the pacifiers?"

"I need those. I grind my teeth."

"Okay. Any more requests?"

"A call to my mom. Tell her I'm okay?"

"That can be arranged."

"Thank you."

"Mhm." She yawned.

"Nap first?" I asked.

"Nap first." She nodded and we both fell asleep.
