[4]The Truth Behind The Past

Leras pov**

'It's been 6 years since Acnologia took me in. Im so thankful he found me before the red dragon which i now know is named Igneel.'i though while just lieing in my bed and looking up at the rough stone roof i have gotten so use to these years. I was ten now and my hair reached the top or my thighs but I trimmed it once a month to keep it that length. I basically mastered the arts of Chaos dragon slayer magic. Papa said he had something to tell me today and I was very curious. I was curious but I hated getting up in the morning.

"Why must life be so crule and make me get up out of my nice warm bed-!?!?!?" I nearly finished before my blankets were torn off me making me jump and land on the stone floor with a loud thud. I soon hear laughter follow.

"Daaaad!!!!!" I yelled and got up chasing him while he was just laughing his butt off. We ran in circles and my exceed which I found 2 years ago was just sitting on a table watching us with an amused glint in his green eyes.

"Fuyu(it means winter)!! Go get your sister Yuki(it means snow) and help me!" I turned to my exceed still running as i yelled at my exceed as he bursted into a laughing fit. Since I wasn't looking were I was going I ended up running into my dads chest and then he hugged me picking me off the ground. We both started laughing, it took a while but we finally calmed down and then he told me to sit down so we could talk. And me being curious I did as he asked and he sat across from me.

"Lera there's something very important I need to tell you then I have something that we need to do." He said. I just nodded wanting him to continue.

"First thing might come as a really big shock but...i..i am your real father. You were taken when you were only a few months old." I was shock hearing this. Who wouldn't be!? to find out the the person that saved you and you thought as a foster parent was your REAL FATHER!! A few seconds after saying that he castes a small spell.

"Seal break" he simply said and then the same blue marks that my dad has started to show up on me. I looked at them in wonder and amazement. I looked at him and his face was full of guilt from keeping this secret from me for so long but I just smiled at him got up and tackled him into a hug.

"I'm glad your my real father" I said with tears if joy threat if to fall from both mine and my dads eyes. We stayed like that for a while and I could feel Yuki and Fuyu watching us smiling.

"Lera."he said as to catch my attention. I hummed in response still not breaking the hug.

"Do you remember the boy that was with Igneel that day? The one with the pink hair?" he asked me with a bit of a worried tone as if he thought that the mention of him would make me cry.

"Yes I do remember him. Why about him?" I questioned him edging him to go on.

"I found his location and I think we should go put him to sleep for a few years. I want you to wear a cloak during this and after we can go join a guild if you want. I would be in human form of course." I smiled and nodded. I was gonna get the first part of my never ending revenge that I was king to get on Igneels son.

"We leave tomorrow at lunch ok?" I just nodded and we released the hug. I looked him and he gave me a kiss on my forehead.

"I play with Fuyu and Yuki ill get our things together." He stated and then smiled which I returned gladly. I skipped off outside with my exceeds not bothering to get ready or do my hair which was blowing in the wind behind me along with my black nightgown. My exceed flew past me giggling an I chased after them not caring that I had no shoes on. Fuyu was a pale icy blue with green eyes and his twin sister was snow white with green eyes as well.

My blue eyes opened after a nice sleep but now I had I get up. I groaned in annoyance and slowly released the hug I had my exceed in while we slept hoping no to wake them up. I sighed in relief as I didn't wake them and being as quiet as I can I snuck out of my room into my dads room. He was still sound asleep. Good. Being very silent I ran to were we cooked and grabbed 2 pans.

'Heheh he's gonna regret waking me up like that yesterday' I though as I tiptoed into his room being very carful not to wake him yet I held the pans in the air. One in one hand and one in the other.

"WAKE UP SLEEPY HEAD!!!!" I yelled as loud as I could while hitting the pans together making so much noise and it became louder as it bounced off the cave walls. I swear my dad jumped at least 4 feet in the air and landed on the ground with a loud thud. I stop hitting the pans and i fell to the ground laughing so hard.

"My poor ears!" I dad cried out as he held his hands over his ears. I kept laughing and soon enough he joined in too. Though I think I was a bit too loud because my exceeds came rushing in panicking.

"WHERE'S THE DANGER!!" The screamed in unison but as soon as thy saw what was going on they face palmed and flew out of the room.

~5 minutes later~
We had calmed down after a long time of laughing. We had already packed everything yesterday but the things we would need for today which was a hair brush, clothes, shoes, and a black cloak.
I grabbed the items and ran to my room were I brushed my hair and put it into a high pony tail. I grabbed my black jean shorts, belt which help many daggers that I carried around with me, and a black tank top then out it on. I grabbed my black combat boots that ended just under my knees and they also head 4 daggers each. 2 on the inside and 2 on the outside. I looked so cool. I was fully ready and ran out of my room.

"Your forgetting the cloak" my dad said casually as if a 10 year old with a bunch of daggers was normal. I groaned and ran back in. I grabbed the cloak as the little ones for Yuki and Fuyu. I put my cloak on then gave My exceeds those cloaks as the flew into my room. I looked at my full body mirror.

"My life is about to change. Lets do this." I walked out with out my good up yet. My cloak didn't cover my whole body even though it reached the floor it mostly covered just my face since you could see everything even my blue marks. What the cloak did cover was my shoulders and face when my hood was up.

"You ready to go Lera?" My dad asked me as he was already in dragon form.

"Ready as ever" I said as he lowered his head as I climbed on. I took a seat just about his left eye so I had a good view of watching maybe even doing some damage to the little pinkette brat of Igneels.
