"You will undergo training and of course, after that training you will already be assigned to President Mendoza's family."
Major Alden Richards, one of the best Cadets and the Valedictorian of Sinag-lahi Class of 2011, has become one of the most notable soldiers in the Philippines. At 20, he graduated top of his class, together with a few more awards. It was not a surprise since he was pretty much destined for public service. His father was a four-star general, his uncle is an Air Force pilot, and his grandfather was a top ranking Marine officer. He was born to do this. At 26, he is now promoted to Major Alden Richards, and has been assigned in Mindanao for two years.
Military service was something he's always wanted ever since he was seven. At first, he wanted to be an Air Force pilot but due to his color blindness and fear of heights, becoming a pilot was already out of the question. He has sacrificed so much to get where he is right now and it's not long before he gets promoted to Colonel, and a part of that sacrifice was to lose the love of his life, Camilla.
"Sir, yes, sir." He walks out of the room and embarks on his new mission.
