Prologue:
The United States, a almost perfect country in the year 2020. Crime at an all time low, economy at it's best, and unemployment lower than ever. How could this almost perfect union be any better. I am one of those people who thinks that it's all ready better.
I am just a regular person. I work in D.C. as a journalist for the Daily News station in downtown. Me and my best friend, Jody, work at the station together. He's also a journalist. Being a journalist is an awesome job, I get to know everything that happens in the world. I have a girlfriend. Her name is Meghan. She's probably the reason I'm always so happy.
Because I get to know everything that happens in the world, I can tell you it's not going great everywhere else. There are wars raging across the world. Surprisingly the US has stayed out of it. But just because we stopped fighting doesn't mean everyone likes us. This is why it happened. The thing that crippled us, rampaged us, destroyed us, this is the attack.
