Zodiac - The truth

Virgo

As Virgo walked into the living room, Taurus at her side, she noticed how quiet it was. And that they were all staring at her. She nodded and as the girls all exhaled at once, it seemed as if the walls were breathing. Libra came to her. Virgo rejoiced in her mind. Libra was a good person to talk to.  But, her heart sank, she really needed Leo. As Libra came nearer Virgo, signalled that she would be right back. Libra opened her mouth to say something but Virgo strode over to Leo.

"Have a moment?" Leo jumped, startled at the voice in his ear. 

" Yeah, yeah. I do." Virgo smiled and held out her hand, Leo took it and they walked from the room. Virgo tightened her grip on his hand, to comfort him, and he squeezed hers. 

"It must come as a shock, I know he was your best friend." Virgo tried to sound reassuring. Leo smiled.

"I dont have favourites. But he was the only other boy. It made it easier hanging round with you lot. you know......." His voice trailed off. Virgo took his other hand in hers and looked him in the eye.

"Hey, I understand. Its how I would feel if anything had happened to one of the girls" She blushed " or you." he looked at her, questioningly. "Its how I feel now." she added miserably. Leo laughed. Virgos head jerked back up. 

"What?" She asked sharply.

"Its just that, well, your so innocent. Especially when you hang your head like that." He said as he absent mindedly played with a strand of her hair. Which he did with all of them, did not mean anything. 

She pulled back. "Im not always innocent." she said playfully, kissed his cheek and flounced back into the living room. Capricorn looked up. 

"Is he okay?" Virgo  enquired.

"Scorpio? Yeah he is." Capricorn answered. Virgo sat by Scorpio and smoothed his hair of his forehead. She smiled. 

"He still looks cocky and arrogant even when he is sleeping." Just then Leo came in, looked at Virgo, blushed and sat next to Cancer. Cancer smiled at him, still teary eyed, and he handed her a napkin. Virgo smiled. He might be overly confident, but still a gentle man. She returned to looking at Scorpio. Libra tip toed over.

" Virgo?" she said tapping her shoulder. Virgo looked up at her, Libras eyes where pleading. Virgo sighed, stood and walked from the room with Libra. She could feel Leos eyes on the back of her head and blushed a deep scarlet.
