6. Realising

Alison's POV

i wake up and its around 10 am, I've planned to spend the day with jessie, as i havent had much time with her due to work. i go downstairs and see her sitting in her jammies, her hair in a messy bun, a cup of coffee, her glasses on doing paperwork, "morning" i say sitting down on the other couch, "oh morning hunni, you still wanting to do something today?" she asks carrying on with her work, "yeah, i was thinking maybe going out for lunch and then, getting our nails done or something?" i reply "yeah that sounds great, give me ten minutes and ill start to get ready" she states "yeah, ill start now, it takes me longer" 

i jump in the shower, washing my hair and body, leaving a flower smell on me, i quickly dry my hair leaving it straight as always, i then apply makeup not to much, i pick out my clothes, i choose light denim jeans with two biggish rips and the knee i then pull out a dark pastel pink sweater and white converse.

i meet my auntie downstairs as she is ready, we both grab our phones and bags and head out, we jump in her car and drive into town, near that cafe the boys took me too. "um can we go to that cafe? the one with the nice pie" she laughs and takes me there. we walk in and at the corner of my eye i catch grayson sitting at the table we were the last time with a blonde haired girl about my age. i didn't want to get upset, yes i like him but that's it, he doesn't have feelings for me and never will but i get so many emotions right now, mostly jealousy and sadness, i have just hoped that me and him would have a thing but i guess not. 

he catches me staring at him and smiles, i drag my aunts arm and get out of there asap, i couldn't watch him with another girl anymore and i could definitely not pretend to not care about it, i walk fast down the street a bit while my aunt is asking me  all sorts of questions "are you okay? what was all that about?" she asked " im not that hungry anymore" i lied, "ali, i know when your lying, you have the same reactions as your mom" she laughs "you can tell me" i sighed and continued walking "okay... i saw grayson in there with another girl and i..." she stoped me "wait you have feelings for gray?" she grinned "stop smiling, i mean yeah but clearly he doesnt like me back so it doesnt matter" i stated, "awk hunny, im sure everything will work out" she patted my back and we continuted walking further away from the cafe.

Grayson's POV

i look over past sophys shoulder and i see alison and jessie standing in the que, i smile over to her and she immediately runs out with her aunt, what was that about?. the next 30 minutes i couldn't help but think about it, did i do something wrong? i drive sophy home and head back home. i walk in the kitchen and see ethan making pancakes, i tell him the thing about alison "dude... she must think you and sophy were on a date or something" "i wasn't... but why would she care?" i ask him "c'mon gray, you do see that she likes you... right?" he replies i think about it for a while. "E there's no way"

Alison's POV

we get home around 4pm, jessie has to be somewhere soon so i invite cameron over, even though i'm in the worst mood possible. "bye ali, cams coming over for dinner right?" she shouts getting closer to the door "yeah" i reply "okay, ill bring home pizza" she shouts again and opens the door "oh hey cameron, shes in the living room" i hear her talk, cam walks in and sits next to me "hey"  she speaks up, "hi"                                                                                                                                    "you okay?" she asked, i was going to lie and say i'm fine but it was bothering me, " i don't know... okay i don't want to be jealous or feel crappy about it but by any chance do you know who gray was with today?" i answer "yeah, sophy, why? she questions "is he dating her? or was it like just a quick date?" she starts laughing, i feel like i should be getting mad but her laugh sounds just like grays, so i start smiling and laughing, "seriously" i ask "shes our cousin" she starts laughing again, my mood went from 0-100 real fast and i start laughing.

"so i take it, you now know 100% you like Grayson" she looks up at me "i guess so" i reply shyly. we hear a knock at the door, i get up to answer it and there in front of me was the twins, i felt so embarrassed, just hope he doesn,t ask why i ran out, i let them in, "cams here right?" ethan asked "yeah in there" i pointed to the room we were sitting in and the boys walk through. we sit down and no one talks, its so awkward.

"so uh why did you run out on gray earlier?" ethan asked of course he did "ETHANNN" grayson shouted and threw a pillow at him, he starts laughing "what?... you wanted to know" grayson then turns red, i look at cam for help but she doesn't know what do do "oh was that you?" i lied badly, they both knew i was lying so no one said anything. "alison can i talk to you for a minute?" ethan asked "um... yeah" i answer and he walks upstairs "you could of talked to me in the kitchen, why my room?" i chuckle "i know you like gray" he blurts out, "what no i don't" i deny, he grins and gives me a weird look. "okay fine, i do a lot and i don't know what to do, wait.. have you said anything to him?" i ask sighing and slouching on my bed. "kinda but he does not believe me" he sits down next to me "why?" i question "would you believe me if i told you he likes you?" "no because he doesn't" i sigh and lean my head on his shoulder. "do you trust me?" he asks "yeah, of course you're my best friend" "okay, so trust me he likes you" i look up at him and he looks dead serious. i could feel my face getting warmer. "what should i do? i reallllly like him" i change position so now i'm facing him with my legs crossed, "ill think of some way to believe me, just as long as you know you really really like him, girls have used him in the past" he replies "i swear i REALLY like him" 

A/N things will happen next chapter, sorry i havent been posting, i know they dont have a cousin called sophy, sorry its so short keep commenting, love ya x HAPPY VALENTUESDAY
