Psycho Ninja Chick

* Hey, for all those people who stumbled upon my fan fiction and are still reading it thank you! I actually had a lot of fun writing this story, so I hope you enjoy it!

She turned and surveyed the maze. It was huge. Stone walls stretched out for miles and there was no visible exit. She took and deep breath and took a small step forward out onto one of the walls. But as soon as she took the step she ran right into something hard and apparently invisible. She felt around and realized it was another wall that stretched around the perimeter of the Glade. Whoever sent us here definitely does not want us getting out that way she thought. She glanced back down to where the Gladers had gathered at the base of the wall. They were all looking up at her. Well, they are probably in shock that a I managed to climb the wall, she could tell that no one had gotten all the way up before. Just as she started to turn back around Newt called out ,

" Greenie, get down here before you break your shuckin neck!".

Normally she would have ignored something like that, but this time something in his voice made her look over at him. He looked terrified, and boys in the crowd would glance over at him every so often. That's odd, it's almost like he is scared of the walls. Then she remembered. His limp, he must have tried to climb up and fallen. No wonder he is scared of the walls.  She looked at all the boys, some seemed to be going into shock like Newt, others looked thrilled like Minho. One boy looked like he was going to kill something, but that might have just been his normal face. And Alby just looked sad.

"Fine, I'll climb down", she sighed as she turned around and steadily started to slide down the vines. When she got about ten feet off the ground, she turned and let go of the vines. She expertly hit the ground and rolled forward, coming back up on one knee. Her braids flopped against her back. She had just stood up, when she got swamped by the waiting crowd.

"Are you okay?"

"How did you do that?"

"Are you part shuckin monkey?"

"Knew you were to cute to be sane"

Just then Minho pushed his way to the front of the crowd.

"What are you a frickin psycho ninja chick?!" Minho was grinning at her. All the boys around her looked excited. everyone except Newt, Alby,  and the future serial killer that is.  She frowned, they can't be mad I climbed the wall. Chuck said that people had tried it before, so it can't be against the rules. She started to push through the crowd towards the two boys. But when she had almost made it, Chuck grabbed her wrist.

"Here, I can introduce you to everybody!"

"Um, okay thanks Chuck. But first I gotta talk to Newt and Alby." Chuck did not seem to hear her. he simply pulled her off into the crowd of boys.

"Great, I love getting pulled into a crowd of total strangers without any memories."
