Chapter 13: Fears

Jimin's POV:

"Well then what does your mom say about me. Did she say I am good looking?" I asked as I made a V shape with index finger and my thumb as placed them under my chin. She punched my shoulder.

"Puuhlease. You hope. She said you looked like a nice kid who would want to be friends with me and you kinda are," she stated.

"Well I am kind, and good looking," I nodded as a sign of agreement.

"Don't get ahead of yourself, or else I will throw my fist at your face," She said filled with anger.

I laughed and she soon laughed too.

After all those little conversations we had, we arrived at the amusement park. We went to ride the roller coaster which I was kind of afraid of but Seulgi seemed scared so I acted buff but I gritted my teeth trying not to scream. We went off the ride and went to get some light food.

I went to pay for the snacks at the stand and brought back to the table that she was sitting at.

"Well that was fun, wasn't it?" She asked with a smile.

"Of course, its because I am here," I answered. She punched my shoulder.

"Don't get cheesy with me," she said giggling afterwards. She went to open the Pringles that I bought and started eating.

"Can I ask you a question?" I carefully asked.

"Sure, what is it?" she answered with her mouth full with potato chips.

"Why did you stop me in front school the other day," I asked. She stopped chewing for a moment.

"Well its nothing serious, its just that I don't like many people staring at me. It happened before and I don't want it to happen again, that's all," she spoke again with her mouth full.

"Ahhhh," I nodded. She smiled back as a response. It started getting dark. The rides in the amusement park started lighting up the place. We walked around the park as we shared more things about each other until she said its time for her to go home.

"I'll walk you home," I suggested.

We walked past the alley to her home. The lights weren't working well again. She seemed to have a fear for dark and narrow places which I still have yet to ask about but she smiled to convince me that she is alright. We finally reached her house and we bid our goodbyes. I walked home wondering and remembering all the fun times we had today.

At Home

Seulgi's POV:

"I hope I wasn't to obvious," I told myself.

"Well today was fun," I said bluntly.

I somehow felt no emotions even though I had lots of fun today.

I went to shower and changed into my pajamas. I lied down in bed looking at the city street light outside the window.

I don't why but thoughts are running through my head vigorously. I can't think straight. I can't see well. Dark memories started coming back. I was dizzy. I saw him again. He is coming back for me. I grabbed my head as I started screaming at the top of my lungs trying to get it rid of him stopping him from coming to me. I couldn't feel my limbs, darkness came over me. I couldn't see anything. Why did you come back to my life? Are you going to hurt me again? Please stay away from me. please....
