Sam smiled and turned to locate his briefcase, picking it up from where he left it by the front door and plopping down next to cas and Dean with the leather case on his lap.

"How was your day at the office Sam?" Cas asked, he turned his head to look at the man but kept his cheek planted on deans head, said boy was currently distracted with the tv remote in his hand, trying desperately to turn on the box in front of him.

Sam looked over and saw den struggling and laughed slightly, he reached over and took the remote, turning on deans favorite show. Sam could never remember the name, just that it had something to do with monster trucks and playing nice? He didn't know exactly, just new dean loved the damn things. Deans eyes lit up and he started clapping his hands while bouncing, causing cas to lean away least he get hurt himself. Sam laughed and turned to the angel.

"Today was pretty good, I've been working on this new case. I just can't seem to get an angel on it though, I was hoping maybe you could review it with me and see if there's maybe something I missed?" His eyes looked at cas hopefully.

After Dean had agreed to his de-aging , Sam had decided to take a break from hunting and follow his dream on being a lawyer. He wanted to help provide for his now "little" brother, despite the Angel telling him multiple time that he didn't need to. But Sam insisted, he wanted to be apart of all this. He wanted to be someone that they could lean on, though cas new Sam really wanted to follow his dreams and didn't put up much of a fight.

Cas nodded and stood up, placing Dean on the floor to continue watching tv.

"Sure, let's go sit at the table and see what we can find."
Sam smiled and stood, they both walked over to the kitchen table, both taking seats with their backs facing the kitchen that way they still had an eye on Dean. Sam began taking out his papers and laying on the table, he began showing cas part of his case files and filling him in on as much information as he was legally allowed. This week he had taken a simple divorce case, the wife was accusing the husband of cheating and wanted to take all he had. Sam was defending the husband and the wife had very little evidence towards her case, so sam was reviewing her statement against his clients. Showing cas where her statements didn't add up with the husbands.

"So she said she saw him at this hotel at this night at 10:30, but his bank statements show that he was buying take out at this exact time on the other side of town next to his home."

Cas nodded while looking at the papers, looking where Sam pointed and followed along.

"Then she was lying?" Cas asked, his eyebrows furrowed with confusion.

"That's what I was thinking but the bank statements are not enough to clear his name." Sam replied

"Would you like me to go and read her mind to see if she is lying?" The Angel asked, his face and eyes held no humor to suggest any form of jest.

Sam laughed "no no, thanks anyways cas."

"Well why not? Would it not help you per-sway the council to your side?"

"Cas I need proof, I can't just "say my Angel friend read her mind for me so that's how I know she's lying" now can I?" He shook his head laughing.

"I suppose your right, that would cause some dis-belief on your end." Cas stared ahead, getting lost in his train of thought.

"It's alright cas, I'll figure something out. " he smiled and patted the Angels shoulder.

Just then a loud squeal had them both frantically turning their heads to look at Dean to make sure he was ok. Dean was looking from them to the tv, his arm stretched out and pointing to something on the screen.

"Ah! Ah!" He tried beckoning them over with his words, and when the only thing he got in return was an confused glance , he crawled over and used sams leg to help stand himself up, since Sam was the closet.

Once he was up on his feet, still holding his brothers pants, he once again pointed to the tv.

"Ah! Ahhh!" He tugged on sams pants, once again trying to get the giant to follow him.

Sam smiled and picked Dean up and walked towards the living room,
"What's up little man, want me to watch your show with you?"
Dean didn't say anything, his green eyes still focused on the tv intensely.

Sam sighed and sat on the couch, moving Dean so he could still watch the tv, once he was situated Sam looked at the tv. Nothing exciting was going on, just the trucks telling each other some bull crap about "never leave a friend behind" or whatever, he really wasn't listening. He turned to cas "does he do this often?" He joked .
But cas didn't say anything, he looked like he was still off in his own world. Sam studded the other male, his body posture was stiff, his head was looking slightly up towards the ceiling, and his blue eyes looked clouded over.

"Cas?" Sam called out, no response.
"Cas man, you ok?" He asked again, getting worried that there might be something wrong with the Angel.

Just then cas closed his eyes and shook his head slightly, a soft chuckle escaping his lips.
"We got company." He said softly.

Sam looked at him confused, he opened his mouth to ask what he meant when he heard his name benign called. He quickly turned his head to the door, thinking someone came in but there was no one there. Just then Dean started bouncing and clapping his hands again, pointing to the tv.

"Ah! Ah!" He shouted again.

Sam turned his head back towards the tv, again only seeing the trucks. He wondered what his brother was getting so excited about, just as he was about to ask he heard his name again, this time it came from the tv.

He barely heard it over deans cries of joy, but he didn't understand. Was one of the trucks named Sam? Was that what was getting deans attention? He focused on the tv, waiting to see if he heard it again.

"If you stare at the tv that hard Sammy boy, you might go blind." A deep voice said. Sam eyes widened, he knew that voice. It was so familiar but he couldn't place it, he hadn't heard it in so long.

Just then one of the trucks turned sideways and the window rolled down, showing a person driving the truck which Sam knew very well they never showed before.

Dean once again started clapping his hands, and Sam focused on the driver. The person was wearing a helmet that had a visor so it was covering their face, it also had on a red jumpsuit, matching the car it was in.

Just then the person leaned out of the truck window as far as he could with out falling out, getting as close to the camera as possible. The person then lifted his visor, and the face that show had Sam gasping. He recognized the brown hair, the baby like face with facial hair, the piercing golden brown eyes staring right back at him. He remembered the many nights staring into those brown eyes, getting lost in all the love they held. He had not seen them in a very long time but he did remember. He remembered his favorite Angel, the trickster.

"Ya miss me?"

He remembered his gaberial.
