"Yes baby, we were told to wait until your 18th birthday, but since you used the time turner we realized that it would be the 18th year We would have you in our lives instead which is tomorrow." my dad explains. "Also you should be receiving an owl telling when they are to arrive."
"Oh that is why I got a mysterious owl with a letter this morning. Let me go and get the letter. I haven't opened it yet." My parents looked relieved. The letter read:
My little girl, we will be arriving at the Grangers house at 10:00. This will give your adopted parents time to explain their side of the story. We have missed and love you so much, precious. Love mom and dad
"Mom and dad what did the letter mean by your side of the story?" I was confused after I read it aloud to my parents.
"Your mom and I were just told we couldn't have children, sadly. At that time this couple was talking amongst themselves. It seems that they were having twins, but could only keep the boy because of some bad person. They seem to have heard what the doctor had told us and wanted to know if we would take their little girl until the bad person disappears or died. We thought it was really weird but we agreed nonetheless because we really wanted you. As you grew up we were wondering why you didn't look like your parents but us then we got a letter from them saying that the bad person was dead but could still come back so we had to keep you safe. Then you turned eleven and got your letter. We started to understand and loved you even more cause you were special. Go get dressed sweetie. They will be here in 5 minutes." My dad explained this all to me since my mom was crying really hard.
"Okay, call for me when they get here, please." I told them. As I walked up the stairs I couldn't help but wonder If my parents were pureblood, halfblood, or am I still a muggleborn I guess I will find out soon enough. I realized something then today was my birthday and then I just started screaming till I blacked out.
