Chapter 3

Mr. Davenport P.O.V.

Douglas and I are eating our Chinese food since we waited until after the kids ate. We see the elevator flash and the kids walking out all talking at the same time. 

"Wait, wait, wait," Douglas says, standing up, "One at a time. Daniel, what's going on?"

"So we only couldn't track Bree down because someone made us have a false reading with a cord that Chase found and now we know where she is and just need a plan to save her," Daniel says. 

"Anyone have one?" I ask as I start to stand up. Everyone shakes their head, "not even you Chase?" I ask, hoping he at least did. "No," Chase replies. 

"Okay. Oliver and Kaz you go watch her on case they move her. Skylar, Daniel, and Chase will help us come up with a plan. Everyone agree?" Douglas says.

Everyone agrees and we do what Douglas assigned us to.

Oliver P.O.V.

Kaz and I walk to the elevator while everyone else puts together a plan. Kaz looked really worried. 

"Kaz is something on your mind?" I ask. 

"No," Kaz replies, "let's just do what we were assigned." 

"Dude I know there's something wrong, what is it?" I ask, wondering what's going on with my best friend.

"I have been having feelings about Bree," Kaz says. 

"Oh my god. Really," I said, excited. 

"I don't know what these feelings are but all I know is I want to find her and see if the feelings are real and if she might have them," Kaz replies. 

"Still this is big news. Do... Do you like her more than any girl you've liked?" I question. 

"I don't know. All I know is I need to find her before I lose her," Kaz says.

"So what kind of feelings have you been having?" I ask. 

"I things fluttering in my stomach. I jumped off the building and went flying to clear my head after hearing that we had no leads," Kaz explains. 

"Dude it sounds like you love her," I concluded. 

"I guess I do. I guess.. I.. do," Kaz finally admits.

After having talking about how Kaz feels about Bree, alarms start to go off. "Kaz call the team down here," I say, "NOW!" Then Kaz goes up the elevator.

Kaz P.O.V.

It felt good to be able to talk to my best friend about that which also helped me realize I do love Bree. All of a sudden alarms go off. "Kaz call the team down here," I hear Oliver say and, "NOW!" Then I go up the elevator.

"GUYS. OLIVER NEEDS US DOWNSTAIRS NOW!" I scream. The team runs to the elevator and we get out when we make it to the secret lab. 

"What's going on, Oliver?" Mr. Davenport asks. 

"Why are alarms going off?"Chase asks. 

"I put the alarms on so if Bree moves then I know if she is. The alarms keeps going off," Oliver says. The alarms stop; Everyone hovers over the cyber desk. 

"She's on the balcony," I say. We all ran to the balcony.

"Hello Elite Force," Rodissius says. In between Roman and Riker was Bree in a black outfit and we all have the scared and worried looks. 

"Oh. You noticed our new team member?" Roman says, sarcastically. Bree had an evil smirk on her face, one I have never seen before. "Bree?" I ask, scared and shocked. 

"Hey guys. Miss me?" Bree says, evilly. "What have you done to her?" Daniel asks. "Oh me? They made me better. Made me fight for a better reason. For bad," Bree says.

Chase runs to the elevator while we keep the conversation going. 

"You have Bree now... What else do you want?" Adam says. 

"We're still getting our revenge on the superheros. We just have an extra person with us," Rodissius says. 

"We just have to get you guys out of the way," Roman adds in. 

"Bree. Why don't you go downstairs and see what Chase is up to," Rodissius says. Bree jumps off the ledge onto the balcony.

She starts to walk to the elevator until Oliver jumps in her way. Bree stops and pushes him out of the way. Adam jumps in front of her and tries to stop her, but gets pushed too. Skylar jumped in front of Bree and she pushed her out of the way. As Daniel was about to try then Douglas stopped him. I jump in front of her and I kiss her. For a moment, she was back to her old self until she closed her eyes and shook her head then she was back to her new self and pushed me out of the way. Mr. Davenport shuts off the elevator.

Bree turns around, "Turn the elevator back on. Now," Bree insisted. "Sorry Bree, I can't do that," Mr. Davenport says.

Adam P.O.V.

"Sorry Bree, I can't do that," Mr. Davenport says. Kaz, Oliver and I are trying to get up after being thrown across the into glass tables and walls. Bree walks up to Mr. Davenport, picks him up by the throat and holds him up against the wall. 

"Turn on the elevator. Now," Bree says, "I won't ask again."

"Don't you just love her?!" Riker says, happily. 

"Not this way," Kaz says as we are almost being able to stand up. I started to think to myself that Kaz probably likes Bree. I'm both happy and not okay with it. I snapped out of my thoughts when I heard Chase come back up the elevator.

Bree drops Mr. Davenport and starts to walk up to Chase. 

"What were you doing?" Bree asks, evilly. 

"This," Chase says. As he pulled a shot from behind him, Riker ran in front of Bree and slapped the shot out of his hand. 

"You can't do that. I won't let you," Riker says.

Riker puts his arm in front of Bree and they back up. Bree tries to fight past him so she can fight, "No Bree. Not yet," Riker says.

Chase P.O.V.

I have a plan. "Hey Bree," I say. 

"What?" Bree asks, angrily. 

"You remember time where I used my smarts to save you," I continued, "I used my smarts because you aren't smart enough." Bree grows to be angry more. 

"Do you also remember the time we switched our bionic chips and you had strength?" I questioned. "Yea?" Bree questions. 

"Well, you were smarter when you had the strength than you do now," I say to get on her nerves.

"That's it!" Bree says as she super speeds and pushes Chase against the wall and he's out cold. 

"Stop her," Mr. Davenport says. 

"No," Riker yells. Riker fights Adam and Daniel; Roman fights Oliver and Skylar; Mr. Davenport and I fight Rodissius; Kaz fights Bree. We stabbed Riker and Bree so they would go unconscious, but Roman and his father got away.
