"Genevieve have you gotten your things packed yet? We must be leaving for the platform now! You don't want to have to have your father bring you to school your very first time do you!?", my father yelled from down the stairs, I sighed, "Yes father! Coming!". Grabbing my trunk I drug it down the stairs with great difficulty, once I was in the foyer I huffed in annoyance, "Father! You told me to get down here so we could leave! What are you doing now!?" He rounded the corner with a huge smile on his face, "Darling calm down, I'll apparate us there. You won't be late. I just went up to my room to get you something of mine for you to have. There's no doubt in my mind that you'll be in Slytherin, after all your mother and your dearest father were both there. Anyway! Here darling, it was mine passed down from my father. Take care of it sweets." He handed over the box and I opened it excitedly, laying in the box was an ancient looking Slytherin flag, and on the flag were the names of all the people it belonged to, "This flag has been in this family for generations. And hopefully will be for many more. Once you graduate you can put your name on it and when you have a kid you can give it to them." I smiled big and hugged him, "Oh dad! Thank you so much! I love it, I'll be sure to hang it in my dorm first thing!" He chuckled lightly, "Alright dear, come on now. Can't be late for the train."

With a nod I grabbed my father's hand while he grabbed my trunk with the other hand, we apparated to the London train station, then we quickly got to platform nine and three quarters, it was just now turning 12:25, I had five minutes to say goodbye to father and get on the train. My nerves started to get the best of me as I saw the kids rush to the train, turning to father I sighed, "I'll miss you dad, I'll write to you as much as I can! Please promise to do the same?" Dad just chuckled, "I'll miss you too sweetheart, and you know I'll write you at least three times a week. Now you best be off and find a seat. I love you sweetie, take care." He pulled me into a hug and I gave him a squeeze, "I love you too dad." Finally letting go I went to get on the train, after I helped dad put my trunk on the train of course. The train was crowded, and I slowly made my way down the hall until I came to a compartment that was empty for the exception of two ginger boys, who I'm guessing are twins as they look exactly like one another, and they seemed to be arguing about something.

I knocked on the door, waiting for them to look up, when I did they grinned, "Oh! Sorry about that Fred here was trying to tell me that he saw Regulus Black outside, but I told him that was impossible, after all he's dead!", the boy closest to me said. I remained silent and let out a nervous chuckle, "Y-yeah... Uh, about that.. Regulus Black isn't dead.. He.. he's my father." The twin's eyes grew wide as they both exclaimed at the same time, "What?! How?!" I quickly . entered the compartment and shut the door, "How what? How is he alive and not in Azkaban?" The two nodded their heads, curious about my father. I sighed, "Well, uh.. You see his whole death was faked by the Death Eaters, mostly because they thought that if you-know-who ever died that my father would take over.. But uh, what they didn't expect was when you-know-who did get defeated by the Potter baby, my father flat out told the followers to leave, he refused to become like the Dark Lord and actually sent some Death Eaters to Azkaban. As for how he's not in Azkaban.. Well, Dumbledore came to his defense at his trial, he told the Ministry how he refused to take part in anything the Dark Lord or his followers did or wanted him to do. Dumbledore told them how he all but told the aurors where to find the Death Eaters. Peter Pettigrew is in Azkaban too, because as it turned out he was the one who told you-know-who where the Potter's were not my uncle Sirius.. So now Sirius is free, trying to get people to realize that he would never do anything to the two people who were pretty much the only family he had.", although sometimes I think that maybe none of that is true at all, after all my father is busy a lot and usually doesn't return home until well after I've gone to bed. There is also talk that Peter Pettigrew was never put in Azkaban, that it's just a ruse and that he's free just waiting for you-know-who to rise again.
