Apple Of Their Eyes - A Warrior Cats Fanfiction

Chapter One

Just so you guys know this may be ThunderClan and stuff like that but I decided on making their home in a new place like all the other clans.

"Let all cats old enough to catch their own prey gather here beneath the Highroot for a clan meeting!" Flamestar announces to the clan. Everyone looks up and starts making their way toward the Highroot.

"Ughh stop licking me, it's gonna start! Come on let me go" Creamkit squealed.

" Alright, alright get going now Creamkit" Tawnyspirit said. Creamkit jumped right up and ran over to the Highroot practically bouncing around.

Flowerpool our medicine cat made her way over to the Highroot looking at Creampaw with smiling eyes.

"Cats of ThunderClan, as you know I will not be around forever. So it's time I took an apprentice. I have chosen a cat who has shown virtues. Your next medicine cat will be Creampaw" Flowerpool says with pride in her voice.

"Creampaw, do you accept the post of apprentice to Flowerpool?" Flamestar asks.

"I do," Creampaw says back.

"Then at half-moon, you must, travel to the Moonstone to be accepted by StarClan before the other medicine cats," Flowerpool says.

A/N Note that this is a different Moonstone.

"The good wishes of all ThunderClan will go with you," Flamestar says while looking down at Creampaw. Creampaw jumps up and runs over to Flowerpool touching noses with her before sitting down and watching the rest of the meeting.

*Le time skip to Applepaw cause all of you don't want to see everything else its boring only Applepaws XD*

"Applekit, you have reached the age of six moons, and it is time for you to be apprenticed. From this day on, until you receive your warrior name, you will be known as Applepaw," Flamestar says flicking her tail to the side slightly.

"I am proud to say this that I will be taking on Applepaw as my apprentice. I am sorry to say but the rest of you that do not have apprentices are not ready yet. So I have taken up Applepaw as my own," Flamestar says looking down proudly at her new apprentice. I was taken off guard, I was confused.

"R-really? I'm going to be your a-a-apprentice?" I ask in disbelief. The red-furred leader nods her head at me. I look over to my mother and she is looking at me with her motherly proud look and I look over to my father and he has the same look but a fatherly proud one.

"Wow! Applepaw, that's so cool you get Flamestar as your mentor! Lucky," Softpaw coos.

"Hey! Softpaw what's wrong with me being your mentor you rude fur-ball!" Brakenfoot playfully exclaims.

"I'm not a rude fur-ball Brakenfoot you are," The creamy colored apprentice says back.

"Sure I am, now go get some rest we start training tomorrow," Brakenfoot says before walking off toward the warrior's den.

"The same for you Applepaw, it's going to be a long day tomorrow so rest up," Flamestar says before touching her nose to Applepaw's and walking off toward her deputy which happens to be my mom.

I walk over to the apprentice's den and settle into an empty moss bed, and close my eyes and I slowly drift into sleep.

~Dreamy Time~

"Applepaw," A voice whispers into my ear. I look up my ears perked. I wasn't in the apprentice den anymore, I was in a forest a dark forest.

"Applepaw, over here," The cat whispers into my ear again I turn toward the voice. My eyes widen at the cat who is standing in front of me.

"W-who are you?" I ask, unsure of what's going on. I stare into the tom's emerald green eyes, he looks familiar or at least seems familiar. The tom dips his head and then look back up at me.

"There is not much time Applepaw, heed my warning. When the Ember sparks the clans will fall when the clans fall the Stars will fall and with that, the Darkness will rise," The tom states before he is gone.

"W-what does that even mean! Where did you go! Who are you!" I yell out turning around in circles looking for the orange tom. The forest got darker there was a fog closing in around me.

~End of dreamy time~

I jolt up out of the dream and look around me. I was in the apprentice den and it was still dark outside. I shake my head and lay it back down.

I glance slightly at Emberpaw who is fast asleep. I can't help but think it has something to do with him. I close my eyes and go back to sleep.

A/N Sooooooo this wasn't very long or very good but I still hope you enjoy. Honestly don't worry much about punctuation errors and stuff in this please just read it and pretend they are in there cause I suck with punctuation seriously I do.

And also if you want me to introduce a new cat into this or have any love interests later on in the story tell me cause that would be awesome :3 And seriously if you want one of your own cats in this I would gladly put it into one of the clans. So if you want one just tell me everything about it like how I did so with all the ThunderClan cats but tell me what clan they are in or if you want them to be a StarClan cat that does all that mumbo jumpbo or something else just askkkk :D 

Oh and I wonder who that orange colored cat with emerald green eyes was. I wonderrrrrrr can you guys guess?
