~Katie's POV~
It didn't take Zacky and I long to get to my sisters house. The ride had been filled with things that had happened while they were on tour.
"Also Matt and Val spilt" Zack said
I glanced over at him "For real this time or is it like last time?"
He shrugged "According to Matt it's for real but we all know what type of hold she has on him."
I nodded "And I hate her more for that. Especially after all she has put him through."
We climbed out of the car and walked towards the front door. Yelling could be heard from inside. I didn't bother knocking and just walked on in with Zacky right behind me.
"Amber?" I called walking into the living room.
"In the kitchen!" She yelled back.
I soon found out why she had screamed. The kitchen was a total mess.
"Um do I wanna know what happened here?" I asked trying not to laugh.
She huffed "Oh just your nieces latest mess."
I laughed "Well like we always said you were in for some pay back for how you were as a kid."
"This much though?" She asked pointing to the mess she was trying to clean up before Kenzie came back in. Kenzie is my two year old niece. She is adorable but can be a hand full for sure.
I was about to open my mouth when I heard a cry from the corner of the room. I smiled as I walked over to Zoltan. He was sitting in his carrier on the table. I picked him up and held him close. I could feel Zacky's eyes on my back so I turned around.
"Who is this little guy?" He asked walking to me.
I sighed "Zacky this is Zoltan, my son."
I held my breath waiting for his reaction.
Before he could say anything Kenzie made an apperance. "Aunt Katie!' she yelled running toward me. I laughed and hugged her best I could with Zoltan in my arms.
"Hey sweetie, I see you have been keeping mommy busy." I said looking around the kitchen again.
Amber was still trying to clean it up so I sat Zoltan back down and went to help.
"So I see the guys made it back." Amber said scrubbing the counter top.
I nodded "Yes they did." I said sweeping the floor.
Zack was over at the table playing with Kenzie and Zoltan. I smiled at the sight and only hoped the others were so welcoming of him.
"Does you know who know yet?" Amber whispered grabbing my attention back to her.
"No I haven't really gotten a chance to talk to him about anything really but he didn't seem to happy to see me." I whispered back.
She nodded knowingly. She knew things between Brian and I hadn't ended well at all. She was just as worried as I was about how he was going to react once he saw Zoltan.
"Why don't you call the guys and get them to come over tonight for a welcome home party?" Amber asked Zacky
He glanced up "Who will be cooking?" he asked jokingly looking around the kitchen.
"First off I am not that bad of a cook, Kenzie made this mess and second I was basically volunteering Matt for the cooking." she said
I laughed. "Alright so Zack call the guys while Amber and I finish cleaning up in here and get the kids and ourselves ready for the party." I said
He nodded and headed out the back door to call the guys and smoke.
"You ready for this?" Amber asked me.
I shrugged "As ready as I will ever be."
She nodded and we got back to cleaning.
