The rules are pretty thin and I don't really mind what you do but;
1. You must listen to anything I tell you in the rp. If I say you can't, you can't. But I'm pretty nice and will let you get away with most of the time.
2. You must have a character between the ages of 0 and 19. Unless your a worker at Safe-Haven, then you can be older.
3. Only one power! Please don't be too powerful.
4. Tag 3 people for the password
