Sans' POV :
A week. A whole week of restless nights, a whole week of fearful frights. A whole week wrapped in mysteries. I still have questions, which the answers to are unknown.
(y/n) entered my room like she had for the past few days. She would always check up on me during the night and day. I didn't like it at all. I don't trust her, not after what I saw. She is a genocider. But nonetheless, I hid my anger, took a deep breath, sighed and put on my smile while greeting her:
"Heh, morning kiddo.""Good morning Sans. Did you sleep well? "
I silently growled to myself, because I didn't like how she was acting all friendly with me.
"Yes, I slept rather good, thank you."
I lied. She simply nodded and exited my room as usually. I quickly changed into my everyday clothing and went straight into the cabin behind our house. I heard Papyrus question (y/n) confused as ever. Why did I go in there? To start my investigation. With this I will figure out her strange behavior. I'll finally know her secrets. Not a second later I found a note with some strange symbols on. I shrugged it off.
~It probably isn't important anyways~
and threw it behind my discontinued project. Old memories began pouring into my head as I turned my gaze away from my project. It will be difficult to get rid of the thoughts, but I'll eventually succeed.
~Let's get started~
I sat behind my desk and sat my old typewriter in front of me. Looking around for new ink I also found some blank paper sheets.
~Off to a good start I see~
I checked to myself. And once again I was at my desk with the prepared typewriter. One key after another gave off their own sound, making a calming, symphonic orchestra. The room was echoing with clicking sounds.
Timeline 348, theory 1.
Memory lossPapyrus' POV :
Just as I, the great Papyrus, wanted to cook spaghetti for breakfast, Sans stormed past the human and I, straight out of the front door.
"WHAT JUST HAPPENED...? ""I don't know Papyrus, maybe he's late for work?"
She replied to my questioning."BUT HE NEVER CAME TO WORK ON TIME BEFORE"
I got a little suspicious."Maybe he wanted to change?"
I looked at (y/n) with wide eyesockets.
"YOU THINK SO? WOWIE! I'M SO PROUD OF YOU SANS!"
I shouted in hopes that Sans would hear me.
"Papyrus, aren't you supposed to be at work too?"
The human asked wondering. I realized that the human was right.
~I'M LATE! ~
I quickly ran out of the house and to my patrolling post.
~Today I have a meet up with Undyne before I finally capture the human! Nyehehee! ~Sans' POV :
After a good couple of hours I had three theories on the paper. I glimpsed at the time, then at the date.
~ Heh, took me a while, didn't it? ~
Then I remembered today was the day.. That day.
Without thinking and without even a bit of hesitation I ran. I ran into the woods, hid behind some trees at the fatal place. The edge of Snowdin. Here in every timeline at the same time... The human seals its fate. And I have to watch it all over again. I waited and waited... And waited.
~Where the hell are they?! ~
I growled to myself.
~There's definitely something wrong...~
I heard a scream come from where the Inn was located.
~It just had to happen now! ~
I sighed. Not knowing what the devil was going on, I teleported into the heart of Snowdin. My eyesockets widened at the horrible sight. Houses.. Shops.. Grillby's... The Inn... The whole town was wrapped in red, yellow and orange curtains, that radiated a despicable amount of heat. It was all.. Burning.. Burning like my growing hate. I tried to help out as much as I could. There were monsters crying, screaming, shouting and rushing to help. The snow was melting.. But it wasn't enough to put out the destructive fire.
"Bring some water from the river! "
Someone shouted. Along with some other town folk I ran to the river and got as much water as I could carry with my powers. It took us a while, but we managed to put out the flames in the end. After the horribly difficult job we could sigh in relief. Well, until I remembered why I was outside in the first place...
"Papyrus... "
I quietly said. In an instant I teleported to the place where they should of been... My eyesockets lost their bright pinpricks when I saw the little dust particles fly past me with a soft wind breeze. If anyone was to see me then... They would probably think I'm some sort of zombie. Out of my pocket I pulled out a little notepad and a pencil. While laughing somewhat insanely I wrote :
