"WHY ARE YOU CRYING, BROTHER...?"
Papyrus asked in worry. I snapped my gaze at him in shock.
"P-Papyrus..? Is this.. Really you..?"
"WHAT DO YOU MEAN? OF COURSE THE GREAT PAPYRUS IS REAL!"
I couldn't believe my eyesockets but I still gave him a humble smile in return.
"IS THE HUMAN... DEAD?"
He asked a little quieter. I looked back at her and tugged her shirt while replying calmly, but with a clear tone of regret in my voice.
"Yea... She's dead..."
Realizing that the bone was still impaling her, I quickly made it dissappear. Then it hit me.
~If she's really dead... Then why hasn't her soul come out and shattered? ~I ignited my left eyesocket and tried to control her (s/c) soul.
" SANS! WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!"
Papyrus shouted and ran to me, grabbing me by my arm.
"I need to check something."
I replied. Papy's eyesockets widened when he looked past my shoulder. (Y/n) was levitating. I smiled and brought her into my arms, immediately holding her close to my chest.
"I'll get you back (Y/n)... I promise.."
The Judgment Hall was soon filled with all the monsters that were 'killed' during this run.
~But... How is that possible? Where did all the dust come from..?~Out of thin air a tall and slim figure appeared which was dressed in a white lab coat. It came closer to me and reached for (Y/n)'s figure. I flinched away and moved her out of its reach.
"Sans."
It spoke.
"The plan has been fulfilled. It is only best we continue from here on out."
I didn't understand what he was talking about, but I had a bad feeling about the whole situation. He just radiated of bad vibes. Sighing, he turned around and said:
"Your may stay in the Underground for three days. Do whatever you want, but on the third day, I want you to bury (Y/n) and come to the surface with us. Understood?"
At first I wanted to object him, but I knew that if I'll have to break my promise I won't have any other choice, so I nodded in response.
" Papyrus, Alphys.. I need your help."
They looked at eachother and quickly followed me into the Underground.
"W-where are you taking us? And why?"
Alphys asked as she finally caught up with me, with Papyrus next to her.
"We have to wake her soul... She'll heal, no doubt, but we need to help her soul. She must live.."
I replied. We walked for a bit before we reached the lab in Hotland. I told Alphys to prepare a room for (Y/n). She did as told in a rather short amount of time. I gently layed her onto the bed and carrased her cheek.
"WHAT'S YOUR PLAN BROTHER?"
Papyrus curiosity asked.
"I'll continue my investigation. I still need some answers. You, meanwhile prepare DETERMINATION extracts. I'll be back soon."
I replied already halfway out the lab. When I was finally outside, in the hot place of Hotland, I immediately teleported to The Ruins, my first investigating ground. Dust -I assume- was flowing in the air in front of Toriel's house
~I know I shouldn't, but I will... ~

FanfictionSans' POV : I don't know how long it's been since the last time I left the house, but today (y/n) left Snowdin. My thoughts were interrupted by a fizz noise, as if (y/n) was running her finger on the door. It had a sequence... ~one long, pause, one...
