I was so excited. My best friends and I were going on our senior trip. For years we've talked about this. Just the 4 of us, on the trip of our life, without any adults or parents to tell us what to do.

We had just graduated high school a week before. This was our last big hurrah together until we all go off on our  separate ways to college.

We've been saving for this special trip for years, because we knew we wanted something big and unforgettable. Not just a little trip to the beach or a stereotypical trip to New York for a couple days. So, we decided we would go on a 25 day cruise. Yup, you heard me right. 25 days of just us girls in the middle of the ocean and on tropical islands. The perfect way to say goodbye. Not goodbye, goodbyes are sad. More like see you later.

We had traveled to Florida and spent a couple days in Orlando before driving to Port Canaveral to load the boat. The car ride seemed short. Next thing I knew I could see the ship.

"There it is, guys!" I say from the front seat.

"Ooo! Let me get a picture for our scrapbook!" Hailey said, getting her phone out and lunging towards the front seat to get a good picture.

We decided to make some best friend scrapbooks for all of us to take to college with us. I know, cheesy, but it's also a sweet reminder of our best friends back home.

"I've never done this before. Liv what do I do?" Anna said motioning to all the guards and workers and gates up ahead to get to the terminal.

"Just drive up there, and they'll tell you what you need to do." I said reassuring her.

"There's food on this boat, right? Because I'm starving" McKenzie said from the backseat.

Anna laughed "yes, there's food. Once I find a spot to park we can get to it."

After about 10 mins of the madness of trying to find a parking spot, we go to the terminal to check in. The 4 of us wait in line and go check in and get our pictures taken and receive our room keys. Anna and Hailey were getting information from the lady, and McKenzie was snap chatting. I smiled at my best friends, seeing how happy they all were. I looked around the crowded building full of tourists, children, teenagers, adults, pretty much everyone. I'm the midst of the madness, I locked eyes with someone. I got this gut feeling when I looked at him. He was tall, and he had dark hair, and a smile that could make anyone's day better. He looks a little familiar, but I can't think of where I've seen him before.

"Alright cmon let's go wait to board" Anna said, pushing McKenzie and I out of the way of other people checking in. I glanced back over and I couldn't find him. Darn. As we're sitting, waiting for our number to be called, I look around, hoping to catch another glance from him, or at least find him.

"Looking for someone?" Hailey asked me.

"Yea- umm, no. No, there was just this guy I saw earlier but I guess he left" I shrugged and looked down, acting like it was no big deal.

"Oooo, guys, Liv's already found a mystery guy!" She tells the others and they all freak out.

"It doesn't matter anyways, I lost him, and this is a big boat so I probably won't find him again"

"I'm sure you can find him within 25 days. We'll help. What does he look like?" Anna asked.

"Groups E-H may now board"

We stop and jump up excited and go to board. We walk on, and I'm automatically blown away by the detail and beauty of this ship. We go straight to our rooms to change and freshen up.

"Okay, shows at 6:30, dinners at 8." McKenzie read off the paper in our room. "Buffet, all day long. 24/7 ice cream! This place must be heaven!"

We laugh at her and eventually change and head to the the buffet.

I've been on many cruises growing up, and there's nothing like the first day. Everyone's happy, no ones sunburnt or seasick. There's smiles on everyone's faces.

We make it to the top deck and walk out of the elevators and outside and instantly see happy people. Kids are happy it's finally summer so there's no school, and parents are happy they get a vacation.

"This looks like so much fun!" Hailey said, when we passed by the pools and the water slides.

"Keep your eye out for your boy, Liv" McKenzie said, winking at me. I roll my eyes and keep walking to the buffet. We're all starving.

We all get our food and sit by the window to look out over the water.

"I'm so excited for this vacation. It's gonna be so fun being with you guys" Anna said smiling at us all before digging into a burger.

"Also, Liv gave us hope that there's some cute boys on this ship. That'll make it interesting, amiright ladies?" Hailey said laughing.

At that time the feeling hit. This gut feeling like someone punches you in the stomach, and you have butterflies, at the same time. I look up and instantly see him in line, getting his food. Right behind him was a group of boys, and one of them was looking at me. I smiled at him and he smiled back. That's when it hit me. I know these guys. I use to be in love with them in middle school and freshman year. Those are magcon boys.

"Oh my gosh" I said out loud, making the girls look at me confused.

"You okay?" Hailey asked.

I looked at the guy I saw earlier. Aaron. His friend behind him, Jack, hit him and nodded towards me. Aaron looked at me and I smiled, and he did the same back. He said something to his friends, and got his tray and started walking over here.

Oh my gosh he's walking over here. I look over and there's an empty table right beside ours. Oh my gosh.

"Liv, what's wrong? Who are you looking at?" Anna asked, turning around.

"Oh my gosh is that?" McKenzie said.

"Yup" Hailey said in awe.

Aaron walked over and put his tray down at the table beside ours. "This seat taken?" He asked me.

"Oh, uh, no, no. It's all yours" I said.

"Good" he said smiling at me before pointing to his cup, meaning he was going to go get some drink.

"Aaron carpenter? Liv, your mystery guy is Aaron. Freaking. Carpenter?" Anna asked when he walked away.

"He's not alone" Hailey said, making us all look at the group of famous, attractive magcon boys walking towards us.
