All the guys and I  were swimming on the top deck.

"You should call the girls" Jack Gilinsky said.

"Me?" I asked, not sure who he  was talking to.

"Duh, you. You're the only one who has one of their numbers" he said.

"Y'all didn't get their numbers?" I asked surprised. Usually Cam is on top of those types of things.

"No, none of us thought of it" Chris said.

"Wow y'all are dumb" I laughed at them. "Do you think it's a little too soon to be calling her? I mean we just saw each other like a couple hours ago"

"Yeah, a couple hours too long. Cmon man, take one for the team" Cameron said practically begging.

"Well you seem to really like one of them... which is it?" Chris asked.

"Nuh uh, I'm not tellin. Not until after I've actually talked to her" he said.

"Fair enough" I said.

"Wait. Isn't that two of them over there?" Johnson pointed, and we all looked quickly.

The blonde with purple highlights- McKenzie I think, and the one with really good eyebrows- Anna, were getting ice cream.

"Ya know what, I really want some ice cream  all of the sudden" Chris said getting out of the pool.

"Me too" Johnson said quickly following.

"Okay, I actually really do  just want some ice cream" Matthew  said laughing and following them.

"See, they're taking to them. Why can't you talk to Liv?" Gilinsky asked.

"Idk, I guess I can..." I said reaching for my phone.

"DO IT! And ask for Hailey's number...." Cameron said.

"I knew it"

"Shut up." He said laughing.

I picked up my phone and unlocked it, thinking of what to say. I don't want to mess this up the first day. That would suck.

My finger hovered over her contact name and I finally sighed and pressed call.

It was ringing....

And ringing...

And ringing...

And ringing.

Voicemail.

Crap.

She didn't answer.

Cam looked at me questionably. I shrugged and looked over to see the guys talking away with McKenzie and Anna.

I just want to talk to her again.
