In the year 2121 innocent people are kidnapped by evil scientists and doctors who are adding new features to the human race, hoping that they will create a super species.
Anyone who is kidnapped can have avian or reptile or anything at all grafted into their DNA.
There are 2 labs: The South Lab and the North Lab. They compete against each other like in a silly game and see who can create the ulitimate superhuman. 1/3 of the world's population is gone, and it it decreasing.
The most famous experiments that have been praised by many that travel the world to be shown to different countries and places, to show the people what the human race might be like, have names that are used to track them down.
