The salty, ocean air of Neverland was fresh and alive with something brewing in the seas. The sunset had just begun to set beneath an abundance of clouds and the waves were rushing against the cooling shore. A wet hand grasped onto the sandy shore of Neverland. "That bastard Peter Pan.", a familiar dark voice said. "I will get him if it's my last dying breath.", he said breathing hard. Following his hand came a - hook. So, that old codfish escaped his way out of the crocodile's belly after all. "Where is that Smee?", he said standing up with soaking clothes. As he looked around himself, he saw things begin to change. The icy water which made his body shiver to the bone was now a warm ocean. The trees and flowers covered with the chill were now blooming into spring. The darks clouds that covered the peaceful island were beginning to disappear. The captain looked around the familiar surroundings and then looked at his hook as he held it up, dripping with water at the end. "He's back."

Soaring from Earth to Neverland was an easy task for Peter, he did it all the time. This trip, however, was even easier; he just thought about how he loved seeing Wendy again. Swooping down into the forest, he visited the familiar place of the lost boy hideout or his home underground. It was silent, as when the lost boys were captured by the pirates or when they were out shooting arrows at Wendy birds. Laying down on a large piece of tree that acted as a bed, Peter drifted off to sleep. He dreamt of Wendy, but not of the Wendy he wanted to see. This Wendy was holding the hand of a stranger, another boy. How could this be? Why would his Wendy betray him like this? He soon realized by looking at her taller figure and slender face that she had grown up. Wendy had grown up and was with a "husband", as Hook had said. Hook was right after all, Wendy didn't want to stay with him. She would rather grow up.

"No!", Peter yelled waking up from his nightmare, hitting his head on the low, wooden ceiling. He looked around, no one was there. "It was just a dream.", Peter said to himself. "She's not grown up and she doesn't have a husband.", Peter said with a hint of anger, clenching his teeth. He was still out of breath as he said, "She's going to stay with me. She's not growing up." He then got up and tried to find Tink. "Tinkerbell, oh, Tinkerbell. I'm back.", he called. He heard no answer. "I'm sure she's just busy.", he thought shrugging his shoulders and started playing his reed on the bed.

James Hook was a clever man, evil, but clever. This was the only thing Peter and Hook shared. As he walked through Neverland, trying to find shelter and food, he thought of a plan. He knew that Peter had left Neverland, for the environment became dark and cold when he was gone. He also knew he had returned, for Neverland had become light and warm again. Tinkerbell must be back also, or she never left. Either way, there was a chance he could capture her again. He would lure Peter into his clutch with Tink. Finding that bloody fairy was the real problem. He knew a few places where she would hide, but she was usually with Pan. Pan is usually in the home underground, which Hook discovered the last time he captured the lost boys and Darling children. He knew exactly what he would do once Pan was in his grasp. His plan was coming together quite nicely. Now all that was left was the execution, both of his plan and Peter Pan.
