Previously on Letters to the stars
Mark took Elizabeth to a unfamiliar place even the locals don't know about it, it's a over view of the city and a really good view of the stars. He then slowly realizes that he is having something for Elizabeth.

Elizabeth POV

He took me on a date!? under the moonlight sky and thousands of stars up in the sky, the night was perfect it was just him and I.

Later that evening Liz couldn't get mark out of her head so she thought she would text him since she didn't get to say thank you to him.

Elizabeth: what should I say?? This is awkward *drops phone on bed at her side and looks at her poster*

Elizabeth: no,no I will text him and say thank you and that's it no more no less, okay I got this. *takes deep a breath and begins texting.

To: Mark
fr: Elizabeth 

Hey mark..... umm thank you for the date today, 

I had a great time hope we can do this again sometime. 

Elizabeth: is this okay? Yeah I think this is good enough.

*presses send*

Elizabeth: oh my god! I really texted him!?

*phone rings*

Elizabeth: hello?

Mark: hey how come your still up?

Elizabeth: * speaks in her head* what? Why are you asking that? Of course I'm still up cause I can't get you out of my mind but I can't say that.

Elizabeth: oh you know just finishing some reading and I thought since I didn't say thank you why not text it.

Mark: well your welcome Liz, go ahead and get some rest... I'll see you tomorrow?

Elizabeth: I'd like that, goodnight

Mark: *talks in the most calm and collected voice* Goodnight Liz

*both hang up*

Elizabeth screams in "kilig" ( a filipino term for when you feel overjoyed when you have a talk or anything with your crush)

This might be the best things that's ever happened to me so far.
It's the next day and Elizabeth heads down from her room to go to a book meeting but suddenly when she opens the door mark is outside standing against his car waiting for Liz

Elizabeth: what are you doing here? This is the 2nd time in a row mark.

Mark: I did say last night I would see you today right?

Elizabeth: I thought you meant at the center not at my house.

Mark: I'm here now might as well take you there right? I work there you know.

Elizabeth: I don't think you'll take no for an answer so alright, let's go.

Mark: okay then. *smiles*

Both head to the center and today mark is handling Elizabeth's class because the teacher is out.

Mark: alright, class today we're going to do a activity. You get a partner and you have to say something about this person face to face. Okay? Good or bad is fine and we start now.
