Previously on letters to the stars.. Mark and liz celebrated their anniversary and once mark got home he was rushed to the hospital.

Mark POV
*laying down on the stretcher heading to the emergency room*
What am I doing?, why do I believe that I can survive this? Honestly am I going to live? What can I do? I feel like letting go already, I haven't been the best boyfriend to Liz and most definitely she has every right to let me go after being missing for so long... why do I keep living?
*nurse closed the door to emergency room*
*after a few moments the doctor told the nurse to call any relative or friend of mark to receive the news*
Liz: hello? Who is this?

Nurse: Hi is this Elizabeth Williams? I'm nurse Samantha and we have Mark here in the emergency room, we would like you to come here right now if you can.

Liz: oh my god is he okay? What happened to him? Is he going to be fine? Where is he? What hospital?? Can you tell him to hang on and that I'll be right there... please please do what you can to save him!!!
*liz panicking and heading to the hospital shaking and nervous and is hoping for the best.*

Liz: where is he? Where is he? Where is he? * rushing from the entrance*

Liz: nurse! Nurse! I'm looking for mark? Where is he? Mark Sanchez???

Nurse: room R579 miss.
*runs to marks room*
*opens door with a bang*

Liz: mark?! Mark! Are you okay? *runs to mark* *starts to cry* Mark please don't leave me,please hang on please... for me please *bends down head near mark*
*doctor goes up to liz*
Doctor: you must be Elizabeth, am I right?
Liz: yes sir, I am.

Doctor: your a relative?

Liz: no sir in his girlfriend...

Doctor: oh alright, well miss I hate to break it to you but I'm sorry.

Liz: why, why are you apologizing?? Mark is going to be okay right? Right? Please tell me he will be alright...

Doctor: im sorry Liz but we did what we could to cure him but we couldn't do anything, his sickness has gotten even worst as we speak and he only has a few hours before he dies. I'm sorry Liz, I must get going now.

Liz: mark! No no no, you said you'd stay! You said you'd never leave me no matter what happens! What happened to my super man?!! Mark!!! *sobbing*
*mark reaches out to liz*
Mark: Liz I will forever love you and you will always be in my heart, continue to smile and be happy because you deserve to be happy Liz. I love you.... forever and....... *voice slowly goes down as he closes his eyes*
Liz: mark! Mark!! No!!!

Days turned to months and months into years.
It's been over a year since Mark passed away, soon then his family bid their final goodbye to mark before moving to Canada for a new start. And it's been a year since Liz said anything related to Mark. She found out that her mom new all a long but chose not to tell Liz because she saw her so happy and she just didn't want to lose that.
It's their 2nd anniversary and Liz decided to visit marks old apartment, she went up the stairs and looks around. She later found photos of her and mark, all the moments they had.
Liz: I remember all of these, each one had their own story right mark?, you did always like to capture everything... always saving the precious moments. *sudden knock on door* *she checks who it might be and it's the delivery guy who always tools out for mark.*
*Liz comes back inside and knocks down the jar she gave Mark full of her letters to the stars* *she then notices a letter that was in a different color , she opens it and starts to read*

Dear Elizabeth, my love, my star, my everything I'm sorry you had to go through all this hardships that life has been throwing at you, I think that's why I chose not to tell you about my condition even though I really tried and wanted too but I couldn't cause I was scared and afraid how you would take it and I just didn't want to see you sad or troubled again, it breaks my heart knowing that I can't tell you and knowing that anytime of the day I can leave you. Elizabeth know that I loved you for you from the day I met you everything changed, you brought me happiness and joy, positivity. You gave me so much more than I could receive, my love you deserve to be happy and be loved unconditionally because you are a rare jewel that should be treasured for a lifetime, your smile brightens up your eyes and your smile just makes me melt as I stare into your eyes I see pureness and honesty, I never told you that I stare at you from a far adoring your beauty, you have a face of an angel a one of a kind one. I took photos of you so that I wouldn't forget how much joy you bring to the people around you and myself also so that I won't ever forget you, well how could I when you have stolen my heart and your name is engraved there forever. My love I know this won't be easy for you but please no matter what happens stay happy and positive and continue to live because you deserve all the happiness and joy in the world and you deserve to be treasured Elizabeth Williams I Love you to the moon and back as deep as the deep blue sea. - Love Your forever Superman Mark-

Liz: I can't believe he wrote this for me *sobbing* mark I miss you so much you just don't know, how much pain and how much of me died when you left. My love my star no matter where you are I will forever love you.

* stares out the window and sees white doves flying and a butterfly came into marks apartment*

Liz: hi my love how are you? Are you doing well? Are you singing out songs up there? I hope you are. *whispers* I'll see you in my dreams love....
