There she goes,
Fearlessly ahead,
Standing firm in the shore,
Refusing to let her heavy heart,
Sink her in the sea of life,
She carried it with pride. She stood bold,
Not ashamed of her scars,
The scars were the marks of her survival. She moved ahead courageously,
She fought with the storms,
Not letting the brutal wind blow her away. The sand and salt in her hair,
Shone bright like pears in a crown,
When the sun dawned upon her.Holding her head up high,
The corner of her lips curled up,
Taking the shape of a smirk,
She smirked at her fate,
While calmly adjusting her sails.
