Sammy thought by wearing a sash it automatically made him dictator of America. As a boy with very violent tendencies, he had nothing else to do but gain a legion of followers. He called them Sazi's. (Sammy's Nazis).
They stormed the hallways of their tiny school. Killing any child in their way. Eventually, the administration got tired of them shooting the students. They were sentenced to life in prison.
