Margo walked slowly through the hospital hallways -- her mind was fixed on many other things as she headed towards the conference room that the BAU had been operating in. They wouldn't need it for much longer.

The case was closed.

Margo had been pulled away from Spencer and pushed into a different room to be checked over by the a few Doctors. She had hated it. She was nervous anyway and she didn't want more stares and hands on her body. They seemed to think they could easily heal her physical scars even though Spencer was the one she needed to help with the mental scars.

She got to the conference room and looked through the glass to see the team. Their faces looked solemn, she thought that they would have been happier to have solved the case. When they saw Margo their eyes widened and Spencer shot up from his chair and out of the room. He smiled but she could tell that it was false.

"What is it?" She asked quickly.

"Nothing." He spoke too quickly. "What did the doctors say?"

"They just gave me some pain medication and stuff."

"Stuff?"

"Advice." She explained reluctantly. "Some stuff can only heal naturally."

"Come with me."

Spencer took hold of her hand and led her towards a different room, one that was empty. Once inside, he gestured for her to sit down which she did and he sat opposite her.

"What happens now?" Her tone was nervous.

"The case is closed."

"What happens for us and for me?" She clarified anxiously. "I can't go back to my parents house. I don't have a job anymore or anywhere else to live. Everybody will treat me differently now and I'll miss y-"

"Hey!"

He cut off her ramble by stepping closer and putting his hands on her face. The move was a bold one for him and she was glad that he was becoming more comfortable with her. Spencer's hazel eyes bore into Margo's with worried content.

"Come back with me."

"What?" She exclaimed in disbelief.

"Come back to Virginia with me." He said again his voice firmer this time.

"Are you serious?"

"You can move in me."

Spencer was smiling but the woman stepped away unsurely.

"Does this not look a bit weird?" She asked. "Somebody killed my whole family and now I'm moving in with the BAU agent that was assigned to my case."

"Does it really matter how it looks?" His voice was soft.

"Won't it affect your carreer?"

"I've been with the BAU since I was twenty three. It's fine."

With the conformation that Margo going back with Spencer wouldn't hold him back at all or make his life more difficult, she couldn't help the grin that took over her face or the momentum that pushed her into his arms.

"Yes!" She shouted. "That's the best thing I've ever heard."

"Me too." He smiled. "As soon as we get back I'm going to take you to my favourite Indian place, it's a bit out of the way but it has great Chicken Tandoori."

"I didn't see you as a guy to like Indian food." Her arms stayed wrapped loosely around his neck.

"I love it." He nodded. "I just hate food with chopsticks, it's like trying to forage with two pencils."

She laughed and the way they stood attatched and happy, beginning to explore each others personalities more, it made her feel a little bit more complete.

"No chopsticks will be present when we have our first proper date." The blonde promised him jokingly.

"Excellent." Spencer kissed her soft lips. "The flights in an hour."

"How am I gonna sell my house and stuff?"

"We'll take care of it."

"Can you tell me what was wrong before. You can tell me anything." She hoped that Spencer would confide in her.

"You have a right to know." He sighed. "I'm just scared to tell you."

"Please, Spence."

"We didn't catch him. He escaped." Spencer admitted. "We've just been told."

Everything froze at that moment and all of the previous happiness that Margo had felt leaked out of her body. Her mind and thoughts began to blurr and she grasped onto Spencer tighter because she felt like she would fall if she didn't.

"What?"

"Thomas Lorpin. He's gone but we'll find him."

Stepping away she dropped to the floor and put her head into her hands with fear.

"No you won't."

"We will."

She shook her head wildly. "This is going to come back to haunt us!"
