You're a freshman in highschool, and finally halfway through the year. A week has passed since Christmas, so most everyone has recovered from post-celebration depression.
An unfamiliar student sits down in an open seat beside you. The boy has dark brown hair, striking green eyes, and green clothes to match. He seems really paranoid or upset about something, as he's wearing a frown and his eyes dart around like fish. He twirls a black pen between his fingers.
"Hey," you greet quietly, as class is about to start. "My name's (Y/N). What's yours?"
He looks extremely confused for a moment. "..... Mitt navn er 'Edd'..?" he finally mutters.
A foreigner. No wonder he looks so nervous.
Do you try to speak with him, or actually pay attention to the lesson?
