This just came up to my mind and I thought it was adorable!

It was a hot summer day in August and you dragged your boyfriend, Nick, to your aunts wedding. You were dressed up in a really cute, just above knee length, flower summer dress and he wore a tuxedo with a pink tie to match your outfit.

 

“I do” Your aunt says, smiling brightly at her new husband just before she gives him a giant kiss on his lips.

“They’re beautiful” You smile as you watch the lovely couple up front. “Time to throw the bouquet!” She yells out and you turn to Nick. “Go babe” He smiles lightly, you get up but turn around quickly facing him. “I can’t make any promises that I’m going to catch it though, I’m horrible at that stuff” You giggled and he playfully rolled his eyes. “Molly, just go” he chuckled and flicked his hand towards the group of woman crowed around the beautiful bride.

You walk up and push your way through until you think that you’re in the middle of the group. “Three… Two… One!” Your aunt yelled as she through the bouquet of roses that she held in her hand, into the air.

You lifted your arms up a bit, but not nearly as eager as the other ladies were. A few seconds later you hear the women stop screaming and that they all had their eyes on you. You looked down to see that you caught the bouquet.

“Oh shit…” You muttered, you didn’t really think you would catch it, you didn’t put much effort into it.

“Nice job Molly! Looks like you’re going to be getting married next” she winks and smiles over in the direction of Nick, who has a smirk on his face.

You walked back over to him and gushed “I didn’t really think I was going to catch it! It’s a miracle!”

“You would make the most beautiful bride though” he smile and kissed your lips, his right hand on your cheek. You pulled away and looked into his brown eyes.

“You would make a handsome groom” you smirked and kissed him once again, enjoying the feeling.
