Louis' POV:
"Scar, it's me though." I muttered stumbling up closer to her.
The thought of her forgetting me was impossible to believe. We were a team, a team that stuck together. Now, it felt like she had left me and my team disappeared in a snap.
"I still haven't gotten a name from you, yet." She responded, tilting her head in curiosity. "And who are you to me exactly? Like my brother?"
I almost scoffed at that idea. We were nothing alike first off. She had dark eyes, I had blue. She had blonde hair, I had brown. Her personality was sincere mine was... a bit wild. She has forgotten herself.
I shook my head. "No, we aren't siblings."
She seemed disappointed with my answer, almost as if she hoped that we were related. "Oh, then who are you?"
"I'm Louis."
I knew that I should be filling her in with her life, which I of course knew everything about it. But something about this situation made me hold back. And I didn't feel a tinge of guilt about it.
"So... Are you my cousin? My uncle? Are you anything to me?" She asked, the last part burning with attitude.
I smirked and crossed my arms. "I would hope so."
Aggravation was building up inside her, and watching her boil made me keep the act on.
"Fine, if you aren't going to tell me... I'll find someone who will." She stuck her nose up in the air, refusing to make eye contact with me.
I began to laugh, a natural habit to my personality.
"You'll find someone?" I questioned, the chuckling still erupting in my chest. "Good luck."
Her eyebrows began to furrow, but she still tried to pretend that she wasn't confused. Although she was hopeless at acting, not even I could teach her.
"Well, that's not the point." She stated, biting her bottom lip.
I shrugged in response. This conversation was dragging on and it was starting to bore me. What I wanted to know, was how much of her memory she still had. Was her mind vivid or a clean page? How long until she remembers again? Will she ever remember me?
"So, you don't remember anything? Your mind is blank?" I inquired.
She seemed offended that I had asked. "Why should I tell you anything? You won't tell me who you are."
If I knew anything it was that she hadn't forgotten her personality.
"Maybe, you have amnesia or like a memory loss disease." I went on, dismissing what she said last.
Her eyes fell, but her irritated look stayed smeared on her face. "You really aren't going to tell me?"
Again I shrugged, not really sure what I was going to do... But then a thought occurred to me. A thought that was so great that it made me smile from ear to ear.
"Wait a second." I started, planning out my words in advance. "You forgot everything and everyone, right?"
She gave me a weirded out look. "Yeah, we've been over this."
"So," A smile formed on my face as I asked, "You don't remember Liam?"
She sighed, rolling her eyes in the process. Already from her body language I could tell that she didn't.
"No, Louis. I don't know who Liam is. I don't know who you are and I don't know who I am. So to clear things up I don't know anything from my past life." That fiery attitude appeared in her voice again as she explained it me.
