Liza's POV

I walk into school on Monday and I already have a smile on my face thinking about the fact I will see David .

I walk up to my locker and feel a hand brush against my waist . I turn around to see who it was and obviously it was David .

Liza - " heyyyy ".

David - " hey babe ".

Liza - " stop saying that people will think we're dating ". I say pushing him lightly .

David - " I wouldn't mind people thinking that actually ".

Liza - " your such a player , now move I have to get to maths ".

As I walk into maths I can see Gabbie out of the corner of my eye .

Liza - " hey gabs ".

Gabbie - " what is the deal with you and David !! ".

Liza - " i am good thank you , how about you , I know maths is going to be so boring today ! ".

Gabbie - " Liza !! I'm being serious! I saw his hand snake around your waist sweetie , a friend doesn't do that! " .

Liza - " nothing has been happening between us okay , he came over once because he needed help on homework , let's not go in about it. " .

We both know that's a big fat lie .

Soon enough class is over and I'm out of there .

The rest of the day flys by and I get a text from David .

David - " I'm coming to your make sure your ready ".

I laugh at his sense of humor , how more stupider could it be .

After a few minutes I get to my house , and there is David sitting out the front .

I get out of my car and open the door , as we get inside he pulls me into a big hug . I hug him back because I knew it would last longer .

David - " I missed your scent ".

Liza - " I wanted to say that first . So why are you here ? ".

David - " I just wanted to see you , and I really like your house ".

I laugh , only someone like David would say that .

Liza - " David can I ask you something ".

David - " yeah sure whatever you want babe ".

Liza - " why do we act like we are dating like , we hug we even kissed , I don't even know if you like me , and people are asking me if we are ".

David - " hi I'm David , I fall for gorgeous girls like the one sitting in front of me , and if your not ready to go out I will pretend ".

We both smile at the same time .

Liza - " also , Do you really call everyone babe , becuase I Have only heard you call me that ".

David - " yeah , I only call babe the people I have fallen in love with . "

We both lean in for a kiss , but right at the last moment davids phone goes off .

David - " hey umm now isn't a great time , no , yes I'm with Liza , no babe ".

As soon as I hear babe I run over to my door and pull it over . He told me he only calls people babe if he is deeply in love with them.
I knew things couldn't be perfect .

David - " sorr- ".

Liza - " you called her babe , get out ".
