Ethan opened the door for me. I walked in and stopped. There were tons of people here.
"You okay?" Ethan asked.
"There's a lot of people." I stated. "Are they all werewolves?"
"Yeah. We saved them all." Ethan said.
"Why?" I asked.
He laughed. "It was my parents idea before they died . . ." He took a deep breath. "Uh we found most of them but some of them found us because of this place that takes in rouge wolves. Some of them had their pack killed by hunters or even werewolves. And others just got kicked out of there pack and some were bitten and they didn't want to be with their alpha because they didn't want to do the bad things that were being done."
"So you take in lone wolves?" I asked.
"Pretty much." He said.
"Hey, I'm sorry about your parents." I said sadly. "I know how it feels to lose someone you care about uh . . . my dad passed away a few years ago."
"I'm sorry." He gave me a small smile.
I gave a small smile back. He grabbed my wrist and pulled me through the crowd of people into a different room. There were punching bags, weights and other exercise stuff I don't know the name to. There was also a couch in here but it was far away from the weights and stuff.
"This is the training room." Ethan said.
"Cool." I breathed.
He laughed which was a strange sound because he was serious all the time, at least that's what I got from the little of time that I known him. I had only heard him laugh once.
"Ethan." Someone yelled.
I winced. I'm still trying to get used to everything being heighten. A girl with red hair and brown eyes. She was wearing shorts and a pink tank top with a jean jacket. She literally threw herself at Ethan.
Ethan laughed. "Hey Myra."
I shifted uncomfortably. There was a weird feeling in my stomach. Was that jealousy? No it couldn't be, I just met him. I shook the feeling off. I couldn't like him.
"Where were you?" Myra asked.
Ethan let her go. "I found a new werewolf." He nodded his head at me. "Myra this is Jocelyn. Jocelyn this is my sister Myra."
She looked at me as if just noticing me and squealed. "Another girl. Yay."
I flinched when she hugged me. I wasn't one to be hugging everyone. I smiled awkwardly and patted her back.
"Okay Myra let go." Ethan groaned.
She let me go. "Sorry. I'm just not used to having more girl werewolves."
"There looked like there was tons of girls in the hallway." I said cocking my head to the side.
"Yeah but they don't really like me." She sighed sadly. "They think I'm too rowdy and that my name is weird."
"Well even though you're rowdy I still like you so I'll be your friend." I smiled at her.
"Really?" She asked with hope.
