In the beginning of the time, dragons helped humans achieve their conquests and between them was a special bond, a connection made through trust and understanding of one another. But now people in the future generations were taught that dragons were conquered by the hands of mankind and that they are the predators of the world. Although one should always be wary of the powers of a dragon for they were the beginning of flight.

Those who rule the skies rule over all the other beings. Filled with greed, humans sought this power and captured the dragons, using them as their own wings to the sky. Through dragons, men discovered land above the clouds, a beautiful natural world, soon will be tainted by the touch of people. The new discoveries did not satisfy their hunger for more power. Soon war broke out between the people for territories and land. The lands of Dranolia divided into five kingdoms: Efliar, Shuviar, Allian, Luvian, and Grenvia.

Among the five kingdoms, Grenvia held the most power overall, while Efliar maintained the reputation for the strongest military and Luvian gaining the title of the most prosperous kingdom. These three kingdoms among the other two were constantly bickering with each other for power. While Allian and Shuviar were both calm and peaceful countries, neither too poor or too weak. Though their ancestors may have fought among each other these two kingdoms had no worldly desires for riches unlike the other three countries.

In each kingdom, there were basically a simple system of social classes that can be divided into 3 parts. AT the height of the tier was the king or queen of the country, their prime minister, and general. Then the merchants and nobles were considered as the middle class. The bottom of the food chain were the commoners, serfs, and slaves. The commoners had the same rights as a noble and merchant but they were poor. They could choose to work for whichever master they desired. While serfs were bound to a certain master with the benefit of owning property. The slaves have it the worse, they were not allowed to own property and were basically sold like cattle or objects to people.
